Came to this location at 6:05pm its 6:35 and im still waiting for a mobile pickup waited in drive thru to pick it up woman said give me a sec all we heard for 15 minutes was clicking so we went inside and waited inside for 20 minutes

If you get any modifications to a sandwich, they will get it wrong. They got mine wrong last time not once but twice!! The place had so many other customers waiting for their food, I threw the burger away and took the loss. They are awful!

Every table was dirty. We couldn't walk around the trash on the floor and had to hose off our sticky shoes after. Most of the soda flavors were out of stock. The condiment counter had food and sticky soda. It was the dirtiest place I've ever saw. Out of ketchup. Food wasn't what I ordered but the Spanish counter guy was so rude I wasn't going back up. I've never written a bad review since in the business but it was so gross we didn't even eat the food.

So disappointing for a Wendy's. I prefer Wendy's fries over other places, but not these.. they were cold. I fed them to the birds. The burger wasn't that warm either. Every place can have a bad day, I have gone here several times with the same experience. Truly sad.

They forgot my sandwich from my biggie bag order and when I asked for a receipt, it took (no lie) 10 extra mins in the drive through line after I got my food. Then I tried to call them about messing up my order...and guess what..... the phone number was disconnected.
Worst Wendy's I've been to. I've ordered food here three times and each time the orders have been wrong. Won't go back.

I walked up to the outside of the building, it was 9:35pm and they decided to lock their doors early and on the doors outside it says Dining Area closes at 10 p.m. This is the 3465 Simpson Ferry Rd location.

It’s a really easy spot for a quick bite to eat with just the perfect amount of food for a meal. The number 7 goes hard! Great choice!

Best Wendy's in my opinion. The person making my junior bacon cheeseburger 🍔 put everything on neatly and proper. The fries were amazing my whole meal was hot 🔥 it was great. The guy working the window was great customer service as well!!! I decided to go to a diff Wendy's a little while ago and was deeply saddened. Not the same food or service at all.
