Very disappointed in the quality of service. Not the first time having issues with service. The wait time seam to be longer and longer. Had to ask the status of my order after it showed ready on the board. Was told it would be another 8min. Had to wait for them to make 2 chicken tenders. Rest of the food was lukewarm. Will not recommend and will not be returning. Also no trash can in the dining area.

first time my bf and i tried wingstop, it was amazing. this past time we went, it was okay. garlic parm rub was extremely dry and hurt to swallow. hickory bbq were good, but they were drenched and soaked with sauce. fries were okay. after eating however, my stomach has not stopped aching.

edit: bf went inside to pick up our order and saw tables and the floor left in such a mess. service was also sub par, girl at the counter could care less.

I ordered a delivery order on the Wingstop app. My order arrived and I noticed I was missing all of my french fries and veggie sticks. I called the restaurant and was put on hold to speak to the manager. I waited on hold for nine minutes. I ended up driving to the restaurant while still on hold once I was in the restaurant. The three employees were in the back talking. After a few minutes, Dan approached the counter. I asked him if he was aware that he had a customer on hold. He told me that his employee had told him that an Uber eats customer had an issue with delivery so that wasn’t his problem. He was just going to leave me on hold, not knowing that I was not an Uber eats customer when I told him that I was missing all of my fries and veggie sticks. He asked me what I expected him to do. I advised him it was my son‘s birthday, and I had children at my house who were hoping for their fries and veggie sticks after a few minutes of going back-and-forth, he happened to look at the bags and realized that one of my bags was still on the shelf. he then told me he was going to remake them for me. Once my fries were remade, the woman handed me the bag, and I asked for my veggie sticks as well. She told me he didn’t tell me no veggie sticks and walked away in the back. The manager told her to also give me my veggie sticks, so she finally brought them out. They offered no apology no resolution. We will not be returning

They have some of best management i ever experienced. Mr.Devin & Mr.Chip they go above beyond for every customer. Wing Stop Will Make Sure you are taken care of.i definitely will be back

The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

Screw this place and get good food somewhere else. This establishment is an absolute joke and unorganized!! Placed an online order a day in advance, show up for pickup time and I’m checked in waiting for my order, finally after waiting 25 minutes, I inquire about what’s taking so long and I’m told there’s a 40 minute wait time!! Totally unacceptable when you have traveled an hour for your 4:00 orders and have family waiting in the vehicle. I hope this place gets shutdown soon, this place is a complete disaster of a joke!

I see the negative reviews and I'm sure some of them hold some weight. But I've only had negative Wingstop experiences and tonight was my only good Wingstop experience. I live about an hour away from this location so I knew my wings wouldn't be fresh. But when I got home, my wings tasted fantastic and the quality that they were cooked to was perfection. I loved three of my four flavors more than anything and I can say despite the negative reviews around this place, I will totally be back. Also, the gentleman who gave me a free drink for my weight of 15 minutes was beyond the nicest person I dealt with in retail in a while. I think this locations negative reviews are actual haters because this was amazing.

Ordered 150 classic wings with a variety of flavors for my daughters birthday party for 12/6 @245pm. I MUST acknowledge the freshness, accuracy, and deliciousness of this large order! The staff working this shift deserves praise and acknowledgement! They helped to make the party extra special. All the guests LOVED the wings! Thanks again!

Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.
