Terrible service. Left items off order and refused to give me what I had paid for after driving all the way back to the restaurant. Never again.

I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

I ordered on-line told me 35 minutes I went to the restaurant after 20 minutes and waited 50 minutes before I asked about my order the 2nd time and they told me they didn't start it yet. They were busy .well guess who isn't going back

Multiple times at the Wingstop in Camp Hill and orders are never ready at times promised when ordering online. Most of the time at least an extra 20-30 min wait. Rude customer service as well. Good is usually good when you finally get it…

I don't recommend the tenders or boneless wings. They have very large tendons in them which make them chewy and impossible to eat.

Considering how excited I was for a Wingstop in this area. It has completely disappointed and it will not be receiving my business no longer. I’ve had 3 experiences. First, I ordered my food, showed up at the time it said it would be completed. I waited an hour and a half to receive my meal. Second experience with wingstop the cashier was miserable, frankly every employee in there seems like they would be somewhere else. With my third experience I currently lay in my bed after a hospital visit in which I was diagnosed with food poisoning. Definitely disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend this business no matter what the hype is.

Ordering for pickup 3 hours prior and still waiting for almost an hour is absolutely ridiculous. There’s a reason this place has horrible ratings. And the food wasn’t fresh.
