Great diner with even better food! The waitress take great care of you! If you go and it’s busy order takeout, you won’t be sorry! Bring cash but if you forget there’s an ATM inside for your convenience.

This is a fantastic place to eat! We had an awesome breakfast that more than fill the platter for a very affordable price. The waitress was very nice and has a great personality. The cook was very friendly as well and very accommodating by asking how some of our items we wanted prepared.

It was chilly inside but it it's because of the ventilation system, just be sure to bring a sweater ❤️?✌️?

Sad again.Used to be one of my favorite places for takeout, but last several times my fries have been burnt. The brick of fries was the reason I loved this place. I thought it was a fluke, but must be the way they make them now? Throwing them out again as a waste of money.

Ordered some basic breakfast items, bacon eggs, omelets and they were good. The Valentine special, red velvet pancakes, was definitely the star. This was our first time here but I hope they frequently have special pancakes because they were worth going back for! Cash only but they do have an ATM. Lots of parking but inside is tiny, only about 7 tables fit inside.

Had eggs, bacon, and homefries.cooked perfect, plenty of potatoes. Reasonable prices.
Overall five stars with no problems at all … just need to know what you are going for. An old school blue collar diner with breakfast and lunch sandwiches. I had the East End Special which had a wonderful fragrant horsey sauce that finished it perfectly. Fries were freshly cooked and crispy.

The home fries were amazing! They were hot and crispy. My entire family loved their food. We were happy they could accommodate our larger party for a weekend family breakfast. The server was nice and provided quick service with constant checking if we needed more water or coffee.

I recently ate here for the first time and it’s extremely cramped inside and you must have cash (they do have an ATM). The menu is fairly limited, but they have the typical items a small diner would have. I had the hand-cut fries, which are more of a curly fry, but they’re super thin and we’re really soggy (leave them in a little longer). Overall, the service was great, but the very small dining area and bumping chairs with the people sitting behind you was a bit of a downer.

Love Alice's Restaurant! Great food and the owners are very sweet! They always seem to be on site and interacting with their guests! The Pancakes here are unreal! I had gotten chocolate chip pancakes and I'm going to have to give them the rating of hands down..."the best in the burgh". They also usually have a dessert. This time it was a Reeses cup cake and it was easily my favorite dessert that I've had at a restaurant in a long time. One more favorite of mine is for lunch. They call it the east end special... it's a cheesesteak... another "best in the burgh". I highly recommend giving Alice's a shot. You won't be disappointed!
