Pre-made sandwiches. Very disappointed to learn that sandwiches, such as the Clubhouse Grille, come to the restaurant PRE-MADE! I couldn't submit an online order and remove the mayo. I could substitute it, but not remove. When I called the restaurant to place the order I was informed that the sandwiches are pre-made & that's why I couldn't submit the online order. The to-go personnel agreed to customize the order, also removing tomato & swiss cheese, but continued to share that they typically don't customize since they're pre-made.

Food was way overdone and the rice sat under the heat lamp for way too long.. it was like rubber.. cheese sticks were excellent. Service was good, and the atmosphere was the best part.

This is a consistently good location to eat at. My wife and I eat here frequently. They always have hot, fresh food and provide good service. We always enjoy trying the seasonal drinks.

The food is never great at this location. However what lead me to leave a bad review is that I got nachos to go with ground beef and when I got home, the beef was literally a cut up hamburger that tasted like it was previously cooked then warmed up. It's a shame that take out is cared so little about here. Avoid this Applebee's at all costs.

I have never eaten in restaurant at this location, so I can't speak to that experience, but as far as take out it is usually a decent experience. Carside pickup usually goes smoothly, although the text link next works so you have to call to let them know you arrive. The employees are usually very friendly when they bring it out. Picking up inside the restaurant is a hassle, as the pickup location is in a weird spot and when you stand there all of the employees ignore you so it takes forever to get your food. As far as the food goes it's almost always enjoyable, although sometimes we find the steaks are inedible due to tendons, and they often change the number of chicken tenders they put on the mac and cheese with honey pepper tenders, sometimes there's more than others. They frequently neglect to give me the extra sauces that I pay for, which is annoying. Still the best Applebee's in the area though.

Took 10 minutes to get the water I ordered. Took 10 more minutes to get a refill. There were maybe 10 tables with people sitting at them. Employees everywhere but waiting on people. I am one person and every time I go out to any restaurant waitresses completely ignore me because they think I'm not going to leave a tip. I would normally leave 25 to 50% of a tip but if I'm going to be ignored is it even worth going out?
