Save yourself. DON’T eat here. The food is HORRIBLE. My boyfriend had a tasteless hamburger. I had avocado dip and chips. Was ok. The chicken and Alfredo was awful. Fried chicken was cold and dry. Poor chicken gave up its life for that. Noodles and Alfredo cold. I got a stomach ache. Applebees used to be good. Not anymore. This is the reason restaurants are going out of business.

Food is always great at this location - went Friday night and had burgers and apps it was great but the service staff needs some work. Overall will continue going to this location as it is better than most

My wife and I have ate at this location 3 times in about the past 2 months. It seems like they are struggling in the kitchen for sure. The front staff are friendly and attentive, but they pretty much warn you every time that the kitchen is behind. (in a half empty restaurant) More concerning is the kitchen staff doesn’t seem to know the menu. The food is not brought out together at the same time, and many sides/special requests are forgotten. We were missing items each visit, and other tables around us were experiencing the same issues. Food was cold and not presentable. Unfortunately too many issues to continue going here.

I can only share our service experience. Father’s Day our party of 5 walked in to a somewhat empty restaurant and asked specifically for a table after the hostess offered a high top. Dad has bad knees and size issues. We waited patiently while nothing really happened—we could see the entire dining room, empty tables and all. Hostess cleared a booth and seated another party and came back and asked us if we could do a combined booth/hightop. 🤪 What?! Anyway, she walked away. A guy that looked like the manager came to the front and I asked him why two available tables couldn’t be put together in a somewhat empty section. He said let me check. Went back to the hostess and it looked as if it was some kind of staffing issue and discussion was apparent. We were there about 10 minutes waiting to be seated at a table in a somewhat empty restaurant. We left. We wanted to order the all you can eat and were now really really questioning the service. Not worth it. We went somewhere else.

Taylor is rockstar. Even though I had a bar mishap (broke my glass), she was on it and even replaced my drink! She is my favorite person to see at Applebee’s when I arrive!
