I believe I’m a good person and truly know right from wrong. What I, and other customers at the Applebee’s in McMurray witnessed last night (2-17-24) was at the very least wrong and oh so NOT professional on many levels. Simply and shorty put, no matter what, an employee should never, out loud or even under one’s breath, be allowed or tolerated to call another employee an obscenity. And the moment it is heard by a customer and called to employee and manager’s attention that it was said and wrong, customer should not be told out loud and finger pointed at that it wasn’t the customer’s business. It should not have been anyone’s business as it should not have happened. It did. Hopefully management takes this to the level needed and name calling employee is reprimanded appropriately. Whole incident had innocent employee in tears! Uncalled for! Unprofessional and unprofessionally handled. — a frequent and saddened customer!

Love Applebee's you can eat in ,takeout and delivery.Everything is very good and the service is outstanding. My favorite is bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Love the food.Parking: Lot of spots to park.Kid-friendliness: They have a small computer on the table you can purchase games for the kids to playWheelchair accessibility: Applebees can accommodate wheelchairs.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I pulled up to curbside pick up. Ya know the whole point is you don’t have to get out of your car. Sat there for 10 minutes no one came so I just went in. Picked up my order and went home to eat. The order was so wrong. It’s now been a month and 8 days since I called this restaurant trying to get my issue resolved. I ordered take out $34 with tip. What I received is pictured. I did not receive the honey pepper chicken tenders, extra honey pepper sauce, extra bread stick ALL which I paid EXTRA for. The Mac and cheese was more like butter noodles. I called and spoke with the manager Bernadette who was not apologetic at all and honestly seemed like she could not care less. She wanted to send me a gift card to come back which I declined and asked for a refund. She told me a refund would take 3 weeks and that she would be refunding me $10. 3 weeks?!? Where does it take 3 weeks to receive a refund?!?? $10?!? I didn’t get 3 things I ordered. My plan was to split this into 2 meals a steak Cesar salad and the honey pepper chicken with the mac and cheese. Plan ruined meal ruined and $34 for Apple bees a steak and small side of pasta with a side salad. What a joke. I have now reached out to corporate twice which they are completely useless and no help. So here I am almost a month and a half later no refund and mad. Save your money and go ANYWHERE ELSE.I changed my review from 1 star to 3. Doug White the general manager reached out to me and resolved the issue. I got a refund and it didn’t take 3 weeks! He was kind and apologetic. Thanks Doug!

We had a 2-3 hr break during my MIL’s wake yesterday. We called the restaurant to see if they could accommodate 20-25 people in such a small window of time. They said they could & they did. Renee was our server and she was extraordinary! We had time to relax and spend time together before going back to the funeral home. My MiL’s favorite restaurant was Applebee’s. Our family can’t thank the restaurant & staff enough ❤️

We double date here with friends. The guys can grab a beer and us girls can grab a fru fru drink. Food is reliably good. It’s usually busy but the staff never has a rushed or bad attitude.

Went here on a date night with my boyfriend. He got the Classic Combo, the boneless wings WERE RAW!!!!! I am very disappointed and disgusted.
This Applebees is short staffed and every single worker here is HUSTLING. Everyone is friendly and kind and doing there best. Taylor at the bar and Brandon from the kitchen both helped me and were wonderful.

Our waitress, Anna, had seated us and then started going over the drink menu. My grandpa (who is actively in recovery) told her he doesn’t drink. So she continues on saying “well incase you want to change your mind”. He told her again that he was okay and we didn’t need it, once again she instituted on him changing his mind. Finally I told her he was in recovery, and she replied “I’m doing my job”. Her job is to offer not to push, for this exact reason. Very insensitive, never got an apology. Drive through Wendy’s at 3am would provide you better.

We used catering for a birthday party...OUTSTANDING! Riblets, coleslaw, potatoes, chicken strips, french fries, grilled chicken Caesar salad. Food was packaged perfectly. We had folks with Gluten allergies and we had no issues getting food packed appropriately to avoid any problems! Our new "go to" for family get togethersDietary restrictions: We had individuals with gluten allergies (ciliac disease) there were many menu options to choose from and if special packaging was needed (packaging croutons for salad separately) it wasn't a problem
