I cannot praise Bethel Bakery enough! I arrived to pick up my cake, only to realize I had accidentally ordered it for the Bethel Park location instead of Canonsburg. With my packed schedule, I simply didn’t have the time or resources to add an extra hour of travel—and I really needed this cake for work. Overwhelmed and frustrated by my own mistake, I found myself tearful at the counter.
The staff, however, were incredibly kind and understanding. Without hesitation, they checked to see if the Bethel Park location could deliver the cake to Canonsburg. I knew this might not always be possible, but when they returned to tell me it could be done—and within the hour—I was absolutely amazed. They could have easily told me it was my error and left it at that, but instead, they went above and beyond to help.
As a business owner myself, this experience was a powerful reminder that small acts of kindness and exceptional customer service make all the difference. And of course, if you're looking for the perfect balance of sweetness, their cakes with their signature buttercream are the way to go!

I called ahead and was told there were new years pretzels. I got to the store 3 minutes later there was absolutely no organizational or ticket pulling going on. I walked up to the counter was completely ignored.i just wanted to ask if I could get a new years pretzel or any flavor. The I was told to get back in line which was 5 people when I got there then 15 when I was asked to go back in line. I was a very bad experience second time at this location the service was no good. Left without anything.

We used Bethel for our wedding cake on 10/31/24 and loved it! It was so moist and delicious and the flavors were wonderful.

Bakery has a large selection of pastries and they all looked delicious. Purchased a few to try and really enjoyed the buttercream donut they are known for. Place seemed very busy but line moved fast and staff were very friendly and helpful. The girl we had helping us was cute and talked about going to Gencon which occurs in my hometown. If she likes Pina Coladas too have her hit me up although that reference probably shows my age too much.
Anyway, go here for their pastries, you won't be disappointed!
I heard from employees that the cookies are frozen for months before the holidays, they have a huge walk in freezer facility behind the building. The cupcakes show signs of being frozen, as they are wet inside the paper due to fast defrosting. My friend who worked here said they made her sign an agreement to never use the F word (for freezer) while working.

Was disappointed in the double stuffed donuts! The buttercream tastes like crisco!! The tiramisu bombs or bites whatever they were are they were absolutely disgusting! Walmart has better tiramisu then this!
