Had a poor service experience at the Canonsburg location few months ago. Decided to give them another chance, and was met with rudeness once again. My food order (a breakfast sandwich special clearly written on the display case) could not have been more of an inconvenience based on the cook's huffing and puffing. Disappointing.

Went in on Monday at 1:30, not crowded by any means but everyone seated had no food in front of them, the kitchen was clearly backed up. A lady kindly came up & asked for her food to go cause she had to get back to work & the kitchen was very rude to her about it. They announced it was a 15 min wait for sandwiches, no big deal, we didn’t mind. We started our order, they were out of numerous things so we had to change it multiple times, again no big deal. We gave her our order & I asked for extra rotisserie chicken on the side for something for my 13 month old daughter to snack on & she just told me “no there is already a wait we can’t do that” (my daughter has allergies so her diet is limited, some deli meat was all I could think of that would be dairy/soy free) umm no? I can’t have extra meat that I will pay for at a deli? The attitude is what really bothered me..the staff was just rude to everyone, everything was an inconvenience that they didn’t have time for. We cancelled our order & left 🤷🏻♀️

It’s unfortunate because Washington location is amazing. This location messed up my breakfast sandwich and i didn’t have time to wait for another so i needed a refunded and i got an eye roll from the older lady who works there. So i decided to give them another shot, got my breakfast sandwich this morning, not panini pressed and cold cheese. Just lazy and honestly put no soul or care into this location. Won’t be back

I recently found this place while searching for restaurants nearby, and am SOOO glad I chose them for my lunch order.
The food (a Reuben sandwich) was excellent, with a good sized portion, reasonably priced, and ready exactly at the time I requested for pickup.
Since I work nearby, I will be ordering from here frequently 🤪.
Please note the the front counter area is very small and gets extremely crowded during lunch hours, so be prepared for a long line & wait time, that's why I order online & pick up my food, no muss, no fuss 🤣

This is a great coffee shop/cafe. The food is delicious and the coffee is really good too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It does get crowded at times, but totally worth the wait. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to both the Canonsburg and Washington locations. Both locations have wonderful staff with a clean and relaxing environment. The coffee and lattes are top tier! You can just tell they use quality products and actually care about what they serve their customers. The coffee is smooth and delicious. The breakfast sandwich is to die for along with their baked goods. Everything is a fair price as well. This is by far the best coffee shop my husband and I have been to in the area!! I can’t wait to try it out for lunch. This will no doubt be our new spot!! Highly, highly recommend!

I was on vacation and I went there three times because I was obsessed with the desserts and then we ended up having a roast beef sandwich. It’s called Lisa who’s the owner and I am completely obsessed with this place. It is amazing with the capital A
