Chipotle Mexican Grill

Smallest portions of food of any chipotle ive been to by far!!!!! Got a baby burrito and half a bowl, for full price of course. Felt ripped off and highly disappointed.

Don’t bother ordering from the app at this location. 1/3 to 1/2 portions. Fajita vegetable tacos had 0 fajita vegetables and were just black beans, lettuce and salsa. Avoid!

Without fail every single time I order online it is messed up in some way, this time however I’ve decided this would be review worthy, the extra portion sizes are a joke. Divine intervention prevents me from returning for a refund. Only go to this location for 2/3rds of your food at 100% of the price

This is going to sound unbelievable but the guy and the lady who served me gave the GUY in-front of me and the GUY behind me LARGE portions while my bowl wasn’t even full! And we are talking lettuce and sour cream like the basics stuff!!! It was a half bowl !! Plus chips and guac for $19. Are they starting to give females smaller portions?

I was just there. The place is a mess. They had no crunchy shells nor fajita veggies and it was before 7:30…. You are open til 10. The mangers or who ever was in a collared shirt chatted, while the kids who were supposed to be assembling the food socialized. My bowl is small and the tacos are mush.

Great place for gluten free options when you ask the staff to take extra preparation steps.

One the absolute worst worst experiences I’ve ever had at the McMurray chipotle. Completely got overcharged for half a scoop of meat got charged double meat. Can’t even wrap the burrito also had hair in my cold chicken and these high school. Kids are probably dumbest and rudest staff members that have ever worked here…I will never come back. Management staff isn’t even here the whole store here is completely incompetent. The staff here couldn’t even manage a lemonade stand -
Spent $22 for a burrito with HAIR!!! that they couldn’t even wrap with literally no chicken at all ….. like if I wanted a bowl I would ordered one … I am completely disgusted

I’ve never written a review and usually chipotle is on top of it. I ordered via DoorDash and my order was not confirmed for an hour and a half. Causing me to miss my lunch period.

04/06/25 12 noon arrived to a line back to door. Staff was working on a catering large order. Ignored the 23 customer in line. Then employee was rude saying a 27 min wait is not bad charged for double chicken when only ordered and received single. Were the heck was the manager. Never take catering order during noon lunch rush and not have enough staff. The Washington location never has this issue. My family will never return.

This Chipotle location has to be one of the worst in the area. The employees are always rude and the location always appears messy. I’ve seen employees reach into the chip bin with the bare hands and eat. They charge you for double chicken when you ask for a little more after they scoop the smallest pieces from the bottom of the container. It doesn’t seem like the location keeps the food station stocked or has refills prepped. They also consistently mess up online orders. I’ve talked to corporate about this location before but it doesn’t seem like any changes have been made based on the other 1 star reviews.

Came in at 11am was told they wouldn't even take my order for 20 minutes because they had a catering order that for some reason they didn't prepare for it. Finally they take my order , the are out of brown rice , chicken and other various ingredients at 11am. Ok i try to be nice and just get what I can. I open my bag to a half ass burrito and chips that are literally soggy. It was like they soaked them in grease then threw them in the bag. 20$ for a shitty burrito and soggy chips.

This location is just awful. I’ve never seen a line move so slowly when 5 people were behind the counter. Wtf are they doing??

Portion sizes like all other locations have dwindled. For 18 bucks I supposedly had double protein but could’ve fooled me. This place is overpriced crap anymore.
