It is becoming common for menu items to be missing from the selection. Ex.) The last time ordering from there the vinegar mix and vegetables were both missing.

Our food was cold just after 3 minutes of getting drinks, and we did dine in. I asked for a large queso and they gave me a regular, and it tasted sour and cold. The chips tastes like they were days old. The tables and chairs had food and garbage all over them and the floor had trash everywhere. Ive had better food from the highschool cafeteria.

Small portions, I get that the economy is going down with all the dumb tariffs, but I'm still expecting a decent portion.
Chips,stale every time! Rice,undercooked
Place,dirty. Employees are careless and need more training

Another horrible experience at this chipotle. Order was wrong, when the staff were approached they couldn’t be less bothered to help and instead ignored us. Food was cold, low quality, small portions. Seems to be the same experience with every visit. It’s worth driving to another location.

My Family and I ordered dinner tonight from this location and I wish we didn’t. All three of the burrito bowls had maybe two tablespoons of rice in each, maybe about 4-5 pieces of steak in each and the chips felt like they were five days old. What a complete waste of money. I’m pretty sure prisoners of war get more food than what I just paid for.

Employees at this location intentionally made the wrong order for me twice In a row on a pickup order at 4pm Sunday 10/26. I would avoid this dump of a location. Nobody seemed to care either. Awful humans work at this location

We did an online order and both bowls were not even half full. The dining room was also filthy with food on every table and all over the floor. We have tried getting food here multiple times and have always had issues.

Despicable and disappointing experience for lunch today. Will NEVER ORDER from this location again. They should be ashamed of giving me this product. Doordash order. Half empty bowl, no fajita veggies or cheese. Terrible. Don't support this establishment.

I was in this restaurant on Tuesday an I was their second customer at 10:45am. I ordered a salad with carne asada. It was on the small side. And there a couple of rather large pieces of fat instead of meat.
The restaurant was absolutely filthy!! The outside should have been an embarrassment to anyone with a conscience. The tables and chairs had food all over them and there was trash all over the place. The inside was barely better. The 2 employees looked like they hadn’t washed their shirts for several shifts. The gentleman who waited on me was nice. He answered my questions and treated me with respect. I have no idea if he was a manager or just a guy doing his job.
Management needs to do a serious cleaning!! Do you eat at your restaurant??
I doubt I will visit this location again for a very long time in hopes that it gets a cleaning.

They always have much bigger portions comparing to most of the location in Pittsburgh city. I have been coming for lunch for one year and I can see myself keep coming back in the future

Food was alright. Portion size was what I imagine they gave people in Auwschwitz. Maybe the worst portions I’ve ever received. The atmosphere is alright, for a fast food place. Could overall use a little more Mexican flair.

The chips have been noticeably stale every time I've been here, and you can find better portions at a Taco Bell.
