This Dunkin’ Donut seems to be a little cleaner and set up a little better than the others in the area. They also seem to have a variety of donuts later in the day, as if they are still making them throughout the day.

i been to this specific store multiple times recently and the actions i seen being taken in the store is truly ridiculous, one day in the store the manager of the store person in charge (zack) i believe is his name chased a employee out the store spraying her with a water hose than proceeded to basically drag her back in the building, while it was lunch rush, the staff in the building don’t seem to have respect for their customers just last monday i was in there the lady that was baking and came up to do drinks came up to another employee and started a argument with her than proceeded to walk out the building without telling anyone cause the manager also ran out for her, once he came back he pulled multiple employees while there was a decent line but no rush, but than the employee that the girl started the argument left the building as well “quitting” while crying because she was accused of bullying? in my witness i don’t understand while one employee had to leave because one has to start arguing for what? it’s truly sad to see honestly and i really think a HR manager can see this and take action towards the store supervise it or something because it can’t be right. this store is a JOKE.

I work at the track near by and this has to be the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. My order has been incorrect almost every time I visit. Be prepared to wait 10-15min both inside and drive thru just to get some coffee. WOW

My regular stop. The line moves fast, and they always have my mobile order ready. Friendly staff makes your day.
Wish I could leave zero Stars. I placed an online order for donuts at 9:00 a.m.. I show up to a donut store that is completely out of donuts and not one employee behind the counter would even make eye contact with any customers so I just stood there wasting my time just to have my order refunded almost 20 minutes later. Absolutely worthless store and terrible staff.

We called a few days ahead of time and ordered two dozen donuts for our Christmas morning family breakfast. We pulled up to the drive-thru and gave our name, only to be told that they had no such order. After double-checking, the girl confirmed that they had no order, so we reluctantly asked for two dozen of whatever assortment they could put together. No such luck, they had no donuts at 10:00 in the morning!
After trying to ensure that we would have donuts for our Christmas morning tradition by ordering ahead, thanks Dunkin for nothing.
By the way, from stories we have heard, we are not the only ones to experience this. Where is management?

Ask for the same thing everyday coffee with cream and sugar. We have to ask for stirrers bc they aren't stirring it, we watch this occur. Can't tell the difference between extra cream and sugar.. This coffee tastes like crap.
