I just want the drink I ordered but they can't seem to ever make it right, constantly forgetting things or not putting the amount i asked for and i don't get ridiculously hard drinks, the employees just don't listen.

4 Stars – Clean, Newer Location with Friendly Service
This Dunkin’ in Canonsburg is a solid choice if you’re looking for a quick coffee or bite to eat. The store feels fairly new, is kept very clean, and seems to run in a well organized way. The staff was friendly and willing to help, which always makes the stop more pleasant.
Parking and exiting the lot can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you’re in a rush or driving a larger vehicle, so it’s worth keeping that in mind. Of course, that’s more of a location issue than something Dunkin’ can control, but it does affect the overall convenience.
As for the food, we tried two French crullers and a turkey breakfast sandwich. The crullers were light, sweet, and fresh, while the sandwich hit the spot for a quick breakfast. I didn’t manage to grab any photos of the food or the storefront this time, but everything looked and tasted exactly as you’d expect from Dunkin’.
All in all, this is a reliable and well run Dunkin’ that earns a strong four stars. Worth stopping in if you’re in the area and need your coffee fix or a quick breakfast on the go.

Donuts were not fresh. Cold, like they were sitting there for hours. The place was very unorganized. No donuts in front cases. Some tables were dirty from the last customer. And only the UPS guy was there chatting with employee. No other customers.
