4 Stars – Clean, Newer Location with Friendly Service
This Dunkin’ in Canonsburg is a solid choice if you’re looking for a quick coffee or bite to eat. The store feels fairly new, is kept very clean, and seems to run in a well organized way. The staff was friendly and willing to help, which always makes the stop more pleasant.
Parking and exiting the lot can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you’re in a rush or driving a larger vehicle, so it’s worth keeping that in mind. Of course, that’s more of a location issue than something Dunkin’ can control, but it does affect the overall convenience.
As for the food, we tried two French crullers and a turkey breakfast sandwich. The crullers were light, sweet, and fresh, while the sandwich hit the spot for a quick breakfast. I didn’t manage to grab any photos of the food or the storefront this time, but everything looked and tasted exactly as you’d expect from Dunkin’.
All in all, this is a reliable and well run Dunkin’ that earns a strong four stars. Worth stopping in if you’re in the area and need your coffee fix or a quick breakfast on the go.

Donuts were not fresh. Cold, like they were sitting there for hours. The place was very unorganized. No donuts in front cases. Some tables were dirty from the last customer. And only the UPS guy was there chatting with employee. No other customers.

Ordered a box of ASSORTED donuts, got 8 of the same donut and 4 of another. If these were the only donuts available and 6:45 am I should have been told so. Who wants 8 of the worst donuts ever.

Hit or miss quality and service. Usually pretty good but then suddenly they change people or something and don't know how to toast a bagel. Back to 1 star because today we asked for 3 sandwiches all toasted dark and they ignore that instruction and give us chewy bagels. Weekend crew is the worst.
They like NEVER have anything on the menu in stock. It really sucks because even simple things like donuts… DUNKIN DONUTS… has no donuts. Last time I got a refresher there was grease/oily stuff in it, so I had to toss it. Sometimes the coffee is good.. others it’s 90% milk, 1% sugar, 9% coffee and it’s awful. It’s just a really bad location and this isn’t because of the staff. They are always friendly, working hard, and fast.. but the manager seems to need to step it up on inventory and quality control.

The staff was great. The place was pretty clean. They didn’t have a lot of donuts but it was toward the evening so that’s understandable. Thankfully we only wanted coffee.

What trash ordered a half dozen of donuts they put into a BAG! Lined up on top of each other so that all the icing was on the next donut like unreal do you have a brain orrrrrrrrr
