We had our block outing there last night. Our server was excellent. The only one for about 20 or more people. She never missed a beat. Was surprised that the owner didn't help or get her help. But she really didn't need it.

Restaurants don't impress me much anymore. However, this places is outstanding. We tried a lot of things on the menu and every single thing was delicious. It's a 40 minute drive for me, but I will be going back. Delicious meatballs, zucchini and stuffed shrimp.

The bartender called my friend a very awful name during a birthday celebration. It took away from the entire experience and hurt us very deeply. I cannot condone this behavior at all and would not recommend this place until the situation is handled. I have yet to hear back from the restaurant and am hoping it will be handled properly.

This was pleasant surprise it's a little pricey but the filet was outstanding cooked perfectly served with saute onions just melted in your mouth. Georgia had crab cakes she said one best she had eaten came with two sides WOW! Our service was great this phad 5 tables never missed a beat I was very impressed and I usually say that very often and pleasant it great experience can't wait to go back .

Tim is a great waiter in a very nice Italian restaurant in the South Hills..Had a great salad app peach/burrata..Spots were excellent as was linguini with clams..Will be back..Tim was a great waiter too

Service was poor. Mussels were so tough you needed a steak knife to cut. And they forgot to put our take home pasta in our bag. Very disappointing!
My chicken parm was fried until it was leather surrounded by sand breading. Wish I had went with something else. I had wanted to try this place for a while now. The left overs are going to the trash.

Overall disappointed in our experience at Franco’s. We were in the back room and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable and the floor really sticky (difficult moving chairs because they stuck to floor). The service started out fine but then went downhill. Very slow to get drinks and water wasn’t refilled. Server never asked how meals were and was very slow to offer dessert and coffee. The quality of the food really seemed to depend on what you ordered. Guests enjoyed the salad, spots and the linguine pescatore. The veal was really tough, the salmon had little flavor, and the tomato sauce on the pasta was gross. A basic drink was very expensive for the area-$12+. For the prices, was disappointed there wasn’t overall better quality.
