We were kind of excited upon arrival because the parking lot was packed! That's usually a good sign. Upon entering the restaurant we were surprised at the beautiful decor. Very clean. Very well decorated. A cool vibe. We had a 5:45 reservation and were seated immediately which was great but surprising. My wife and I decided on the egg rolls for an appetizer and for our mains, the pork belly crackling and the braveheart ribeye. Our appetizer took about 20 minutes which is a little long for 3 egg rolls but it was absolutely delicious. A 10! Our mains came out about 20 minutes later and that's where our experience went down hill. My steak arrived first with the mains for the other two in our party. My wife's did not. We waited another 3-4 minutes for my wife's. Right away I realized my steak was 10 inches wide and 1/2 an inch thick. The left half of my steak was fat so it was un edible. The flavor was great but it was just thin and tough. My wife had to remind me that it was supposed to come with mushrooms. I asked the waitress and she said she knew. Half way through the steak the mushrooms came. They were delicious as well. The accompanying rice and broccolini were on point. My wife cut into her pork belly and immediately made a face. It was dry. It just wasn't possible to eat this. Dry pork and chicken are probably the worst. We asked for and waitress and explained to her our problem. Her response was "you're eating that from the wrong side. You're supposed to start from the left side!" Ummm. What?! My wife uncomfortably cuts into the left side as we all watch in disbelief. It's the same. I explained that she just didn't want this. Our waitress immediately reached across me and took the dish in disgust. My wife ordered something else that was "easy" just so she could eat with us. The teriyaki shrimp bowl. She was pleased with that. We finished dinner and for $70 bucks with no drinks we left pretty disappointed. It was just ok. Not somewhere we'd ever go out of our way to visit again. Fuzed? More like confused.

What a great addition to an area full of mediocre chain restaurants. enjoyed an evening out with my coworkers and even the picky eater was happy. Happy to find a tuna poke bowl and pork belly buns... both were delicious. The Rib eye, Curry and korean short ribs were very good as well, The atmosphere and presentation of the dishes added to the enjoyment.

The food is outstanding. I ordered the Curry and the depth of sauce is unreal. The wife ordered the Tom Kah soup and a veggie Bahn Mi wrap and she loves them both. Ordered about four sides and all of them are great (the wife thought the Bok Choy side was a too salty, but I loved it). The modern decor is great. The service is a bit slow, but not annoyingly slow. But the service is the reason I only gave them four stars. We are definitely coming back.

Delicious Asian selections. Comparable pricing. Beautiful, rich ambience. Great service, but a bit new still and hasn't been very busy. Great drink selections. Gave 4 because service was a little delayed and my pineapple fried rice had an edible flower that I was so impressed with. On my second trip after boasting about it and taking friends there, no flower. Was a little disappointed. But great food overall.

When I heard of this place, I was very excited. I was even more excited when I perused their menu online. Having been to several of the countries that this restaurant claims to draw from, and tasting that cuisine in other cities in the U.S., I was really hoping for a great representation of them in this part of Pittsburgh. Let me get right to the punch line: While the restaurant space is nice, and the food presentation was beautifully done, that main reason for going – the food – was terrible. We ordered the two Thai soups that we love – The Tom Yum and Tom Khai Soup. We also went for the Pineapple Fried Rice, and the famous Korean BBQ staple of Galbi. To try out one of the bar drinks, we went with the Sake-tini.They really nailed the presentation. The two soups arrived in large bowls on wooden trays. However, they did not look right. When I tasted the Tom Yum soup, my suspicions were confirmed. This was probably the weakest Tom Yum soup I have ever tasted. Thai cuisine is noted for balancing five primary flavors: Salty, Sour, Sweet, Spicy, and Creamy. Each dish will emphasize one, but the other four will all be there and there will be a balance that make the dish nuanced. This soup showed sour and nothing else. There was no balance to it at all. As far as the vegetables that you typically find in it, we only saw sliced mushrooms. We did detect some lemongrass and saw something that may have been a Makrut Lime leaf, but it was hard to tell. As you can see from the picture, there were two thai peppers floating on top – but no spicy heat in the soup itself. And this was the BETTER of the two!Tom Khai soup is a creamy soup based on Coconut milk. What we saw was not that at all. A taste confirmed what our eyes told us. This was the same Tom Yum with some coconut milk added to it. We pointed this out to our waitress as we thought the kitchen made a mistake and sent out the wrong soup. She admitted that she does not know the difference and took it back to the kitchen. She came back in a few minutes with the same bowl and told us that this is how they make their Tom Khai – it is the same soup… That is NOT right. We left it behind and move on to the entrees. The Pineapple Fried Rice was gorgeously prepared in a hollowed-out half of a pineapple, again presented on that wooden tray. While it looked pretty, we were struck by how flavorless it was. They appeared to have only used soy sauce when cooking the slivers of chicken. The only other flavor was when we got a bit of pineapple in the mix. Since the menu showed that they served Sriracha, I called the waitress over and asked specifically for Sriracha, or another Asian (not Mexican) hot sauce. Look at the pictures, and you can see what she brought: A Japanese steakhouse version of a mayo sauce (yum yum?) and a chili crisp with sesame seeds on top. However, the absolute worst dish of the evening was the Galbi. In Korea, Galbi is beef short ribs that are cut and marinated then grilled. The cut of the meat is very thin and it’s rolled around the bone so that it opens up like a fan. The marinade is sweet and spicy and highly seasoned. The meat is super tender and you eat it by picking it up with your fingers and eating it with no utensils. It is a common street vendor food and extremely delicious. There is an American variant of Galbi (Called LA Galbi) which is cut laterally across the bone. However, the marinade and the cooking is the same, so you can still pick it up with your fingers and have the super tender meat literally fall off the bone and into your mouth. What we got was the LA Galbi variant in looks. However, the meat was very tough and gristly. It was not marinated for long enough and was not cooked properly. We left 80% of it on the plate. For accompaniment, it came with cubes of red and green pepper with an occasional piece of carrot and celery in it. This odd combination must have been cooked on a flat top with the only flavoring being the fat used to cook it. There was also a small mound of rice and a small bowl of kimchi on top of the rice.

Just no…. If you like frozen egg rolls and cold food this is for you. It’s part the of Mexican restaurant next door. They just need to stick to that. Honestly one of the worst dinners we ever had.

It’s Date Night with my husband and we discovered this GEM of a place in SouthPointe. What a wonderful dining experience! The place is fairly new, small but spacious, and the ambiance is great. The food was super tasty, big portions, and reasonably priced. We started with the appetizer platter and my, everything was delicious! I ordered the 2.5lb pork belly crackling which was (duh) HUGE! The pork was moist, tender, crispy, and very well seasoned. My husband had the teriyaki beef bowl which was very good. Did I mention the portions were big? We also tried the Pomegranate Sake and yummm! Our server, Mary, was super friendly and caramelized the crème brûlée at our table. I wanted to try the Bao Bun pork but we were beyond stuffed at this point so we ordered it to go- judging by the smell emanating from the box, I can tell it would be equally delicious! This place is definitely topnotched and is now added to our favorites! We can’t wait to go back!
