Terrible service. Was there at my pickup time. They took my pizzas out and let them sit on the counter for 15 minutes while the teenage girl went back and made salads. And then when she came back with the salads she hadn't even written the order right and had only made me two salads. She said it would take another 15 minutes for her to make another one. Employees should read back the order if they are confused and don't let the pizzas just sit on the counter getting cold. I regret paying at pickup and giving a tip. Would have tipped 0 when I'd actually gotten my order. Will not be back. Service is too bad for the amount of money you pay.
Edit: Salads we're not even made correctly. They mixed up the toppings. Not enjoyable for anybody to eat since both salads had toppings no one liked

Grabbed a pizza to go while I was in the area after wanting to try it for some time. Some compare it to New Haven't style. It is definitely thin, crispy and delicious but wouldn't compare it to that.

I want to give Harry pizza and their staff a bid shout out. They had wonderful & outstanding service and food. But I also want to thank them. Last night my family and I were there and as our food just came there was a medical emergency in the parking lot. My husband and son went running out to help as they are both fireman and my husband is first responder. As a appreciation for them helping Harry pizza Manger and waitresses wanting to comp our meal. We told them they did not have to but they insisted on doing it anyways.. this was our first time there and we will be back. Thank you again
All I can say is dang! One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, and I’ve had pizza in ten different states from coast to coast. Their pepperoni is thicker than any other I’ve had and is amazing. Can’t wait to go again.
