Celebrated my daughter in laws birthday. Food was great, server was nice and really enjoyed it. The pear spritz was also very tasty:)
Went on a Saturday evening around 5:30. The service was great and fast! It wasn't super busy or packed. The crab cakes are phenomenal! It was a very nice experience overall.
Everything was great except for the desert. I got creme brulee to go and it held up well but there was barely any in the container. Definitely not worth the amount they charge for it.
First time here food was good, server was excellent the only problem encountered was noticeable gnats flying around our table and food when the entree's were brought. I only mention this because of the abundance of gnats noticed.
Our wiatress "Shantel" was excellent. Food was very good and overall expereince was 5 star. WIll look forward to returning.
We were seated immediately upon arrival and then sat there for 30 full minutes without anyone coming to the table to greet us, provide water or offer anything. We walked out. No one seemed to notice or care.
Pretty garbage service for mediocre food. Too expensive for garbage they put out. Would not recommend

Nicole was our server. Excellent customer service!! She was attentive but not aggressive. Friendly and super helpful. We got steak and shrimp dinner and the salmon. Every thing cooked to perfection and tasted excellent! The live music was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely
be back! Only a few things needed improvement, our table was right against the glass and we could see the cooks and servers inside kitchen, dining room light needed to be more dim and lastly, the cheesecake was topped with fruit compote not fresh berries.

Stopped in for lunch after a seminar in one of their conference rooms. Thought I would just get a quick burger. Turned out to be the best burger ever, the bacon jam was so delicious, and everything was cooked perfectly. The waitress and hostess were super friendly and it turned out to be a perfectly enjoyable lunch.

Seated at 6:30 for a 6:30 reservation. We already had drinks from being at the bar so waiter promptly brought us waters. Placed our order at ~6:40. Wife ordered prime rib as Saturday is their prime rib night. We also ordered a salad to share. We saw no one again until 7pm when a manager came to our table letting us know they were out of prime rib! Really....20 minutes later? My wife ordered a filet in place of the prime rib (which they did discount to the lower prime rib price). Another 10 minutes went by then we finally received our salad and bread. Meals did not come out until 7:30. Please note there were open tables in the restaurant, so they were not overly busy. Food was excellent. Filet was once of the best my wife ever had and I simply love their Chiraso chowder.
Will was our server and did a wonderful job guiding us through the menu and his recommendations were perfectly executed by the kitchen. The cocktails were also on point and we will be back soon.
Jacksons is an upscale restaurant and bar that serves Sunday brunch and daily lunch and dinner. My husband and I ate Sunday brunch here. The waitress was nice, but the waitress and cook were slow to serve us. We liked our bananas-foster French toast, meat frittata, jelly toast, and tea. I would return in the future to try their lunch and dinner foods such as pastas, chicken, pork chops, salmon, crab cakes, and steaks.
