We love our Jackson's evenings! Our experience last night was stellar, as it always is. From the moment you walk in, you see the beautiful smiling face of Debbie, the hostess. Then friendly, welcoming managers, Lindsay, Hannah and Michael. We sat at the bar for a before dinner drink. Sarah was the first bartender. She is warm and entertaining, mixing drinks to perfection (think the movie Cocktail). Then Aaron arrived. He always makes me laugh. He too is an excellent bartender, as is Carly. Time to move to our favorite table in the dining room. The wonderful, and entertaining Jenna was our server. She is attentive and efficient, offering great dinner suggestions. I ordered the always tasty, and perfectly grilled filet. Kudos to the meticulous and talented kitchen staff, Mike, Jim, Stephany, David, Alec and Devin. My friend had the beet salad topped with blackened salmon. It looked scrumptious and she loved it. I hope it stays on the menu! I don't want to leave any of the servers out. They have all waited on us, and are all assets to the company. Angel, Ruthie, Amelia, Carly, Lori, and others. If I am missing a team member, I'm so sorry. This is a wonderful restaurant, with an amazing staff, and delicious food. I highly recommend Jackson's at Southpointe!! Thank you to the whole team for showing us a wonderful and relaxing evening full of laughter!

The fried deviled eggs are so delicious. We had the filet and a New York strip, both are melt in your mouth.

Went for dinner and to see a band, Local Buzz, the band was good, the reason for the 3 stars. They have a double happy hour, 4 - 6 and again 8 - 10. We had our first wine after the 6:00 happy hour. We were ready for our second drinks around 8:00 so we waited until 8:04 and at the bar ordered 2 wines, the bill was $18. Asked the bartender how does 6 + 6 = 18, his response was we ran out of happy hour Cab so that one is $12. Really, their happy hour statement does not say until we run out of xyz. Very disappointed in a resturant that is considers itself high-end to stoop so low.

Not a long wait to be seated, food and drink orders were taken and served in a reasonable time. Food arrived quickly and was very good.

We had a nice time and its easy to make open table reservations and ask for table near the music which is what we got. Food is pretty good. Service was great.

Another great meal! Good atmosphere as always, good drinks and food is top notch with big portions!

Service was ridiculously slow. 45 minutes after being seated we had only gotten an appetizer that we put in immediately upon arrival. Waiter was non-existent. Didn't check on us, or offer to check why it was taking so long, didn't refill drinks or give us updates on our food. Basically we sat down, ordered, and then didn't see anybody for 40 minutes. Finally left money on the table to cover the appetizer and walked out after being kept waiting so long. Horrible experience, would not return.

The Sunday price fix menu is a great deal. The honey chicken is amazing. Service is outstanding!

It began with excellent service and attention to detail, tailored to our needs. The food was outstanding and the drinks were very tasty. The value of the meal and service exceeded the price we paid.

We’ve only been for brunch on Sunday but we’re beyond disappointed in the experience. It took a long time to get us seated because no one was the hostess stand. We ordered a frittata and a chorizo wrap and were not impressed with either. The egg if the frittata tasted like the eggs were made in the microwave. It was almost inedible, and the taste of the eggs was horrible. The service was subpar to say the least, since there were only two servers working which included being a hostess as well. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the place was great. Do not recommend you go there for brunch.

First time to this restaurant. They have lots of outdoor open seating although it was raining and I prefer to sit inside. The service was wonderful. Attentive but not invasive. The food was equally as wonderful. The salad was fresh and obviously made to order. I had the porcini and truffle ravioli, which was flavorful and a good size serving. Bread was offered with options for a brown sugar, butter, or an olive tapenade. A very comfortable place to dine and I will be going back.

They served the best steak we have ever tasted in our lifetime.
