My wife and I went here to have dinner for our anniversary, the food, ambiance, and service, were all fantastic! She got the hanger steak and I got the ribeye, both were delicious and perfectly cooked. I believe our servers name was Colin, he was professional, kind, quick, and made sure we enjoyed our meal! 10/10 will be back again for all of the reasons mentioned above!

Food was delicious, loved the short hostess, with bun in hair, she's very welcoming and sweet. Sarah was our server in bar area, she was a top notch server. 5 stars! Margaritas Sarah made were incredible.

Our server, Rachel, was wonderful. She tweaked the special cocktail for the evening so that it wasn't too sweet for me. She was a delight, attentive to our needs and very friendly. My husband was in search of prime rib, which Jackson's has as a Saturday night special. He said that it was excellent! My salmon was done to perfection too. We had a lovely time, thank you!

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday dinner & we were blown away by how delicious our meals were, how large the portions were, & how awesome our server Jamie was! My boyfriend had the pork chops and I had the honey chicken. It was honestly the best chicken we’ve ever had in a restaurant. Crispy & juicy! Both meals were truly outstanding! Jamie was training a new employee & was attentive, personable, & timely! They even surprised my boyfriend with a delicious birthday desert. We are locals & will definitely be back. Thank you for a perfect experience!

Service was great. Jamie was personable and attentive. A bit noisy for table conversation however. Our meals were very good with the exception of the filet which was a little grisly. Salmon and vegetables were perfectly cooked. Others in our group seemed pleased from appetizers to their entrees!

Jackson’s Restaurant in Canonsburg PA - South Point is definitely worth going to whether it’s lunch or dinner. You can’t go wrong. I highly recommend if you are here on business or visiting.

Really enjoyed the food however we would have preferred to be seated in the dining room for a 6:30 dinner reservation . For some reason no one was seated there and we were placed in the bar where the noise level was really high. We were 3 friends who had not seen each other for a while, and just wanted to have great conversation with great food. We still had both but would have enjoyed a quieter table. ?
Me and my wife had the filet mignon with marble potatoes and carrots. The food was amazing. I never had steak melt in my mouth before. We also got the brussel sprout appetizer. I personally don't enjoy brussel sprouts but my wife loves em so we got em. They were amazing though I couldn't stop eating them. The service was as good as we needed it to be I suppose not amazing or anything. The service was as good as expected. The ambiance was good also very quiet. Too quiet but it also was very busy so there's that. I will say it was definitely worth what we paid. I didn't expect to feel that way going in. Glad we chose to eat there it was also very convenient being connected to the hotel we were staying in

My husband and his friends went to Jackson's two years ago and hasn't stopped talking about it since, so he and I went there for dinner last week and it was amazing! The food was incredible and well worth the price! I haven't stopped thinking about the filet since we left.

Food was OK nothing more. Service was extremely slow. We waited 10 minutes for waitstaff to take our drink order and then another 20 minutes to take the food order. Shrimp and grits was very good Sticky Thai ribs were dry and inedible. If your staying at the Hilton, Jackson's is an OK option since there are few choices. But Certainly not a place I'd make a special trip to dine.
