I don’t normally leave reviews but after 4 bad experiences here, we have decided to no longer go and felt I had to share. Once we had a large order cancelled after driving all the way there for no reason, once they were closed and were still accepting online orders and we got there and the doors were locked, and tonight they were out of their main French bread at 5pm when they close at 9. Accepted our online order anyway. Not to mention they are constantly closing early and totally unreliable. Very disappointing.

Jimmy Johns has dropped off. How can you even call this a sandwich?? I would not recommend to anybody- about one piece of turkey and half a slice of bacon on a Club Lulu. It does not get worse than this for sandwiches around the world.

Ordered an Italian sub only and got charged for combo. Asked for napkins and she pointed to 2 napkins left that got wet at some point.

I ordered at this store tonight at 6:15pm. The store is supposed to close at 7. I ordered on the app, where I used rewards for a free sandwich. I submit payment and it doesn't go through on the app. It charged me 2 times and I tried to call the store. No one answered I tried 3x. We drive over before 7 and the place is dark. Super unhappy. I better not get charged for the order I didn't receive. I also want my free sandwich back. Why does a business have posted hours and it's closed. I'm not happy.

Why do you want me to raise a concern, I already did since June 13, the manager and everyone else working here are disgusting, I'm sure the owner does not care, so good, will spread the word about how horrible this franchise is to many of the Southpointe businesses.

this was left on my bag, i suggest whoever runs this location lets door dash know when you close so your employees don’t have to stay longer than they are scheduled. i would not have ordered if i knew it was going to force them to stay. i’m sorry to the employees and i hope this gets fixed. my food was still perfect despite the time.

Had a sub and wrap delivered to my hotel. Lulu club. It had One slice of bacon, hard bread, hardly any turkey. Wrap was ok. It was honestly sad! Driver was nice. In total it cost me $52
This place is terrible. Having worked at Jimmy John’s and seeing this establishment, there is no question the store is completely mismanaged. Workers more concerned with their phone, and down the line pick up orders while customers build a line out the door. They take an order, leave the register and make four orders before taking the next order. The way they were stretching bread was incorrect, and is noticeable when eating the sandwich. Jimmy John’s is supposed to be fast, and everything about this location is the opposite of fast. Terrible experience, and a shame… also $15 for an 8inch and chips is absurd, check your prices against other locations please

Zero customer service, staff can’t even pick their head up to acknowledge customers or say thank you. You’re letting your minimum wage staff run your franchise location into the ground. We won’t even get into the lack of meat you provide on your sandwiches, that’s a whole other story.
