I Love Jimmy John's, Really good hoagies, Great Service, Courteous people working there. I ordered 3 hoagies from start to finish it took 5 minutes. Awesome Job!!!

Ordered a sandwich. The guy in front of me took it by mistake. I let the person behind the counter know and he didn’t do anything about it for 10 minutes, when I asked again. I spent almost a half hour in this restaurant that is supposed to be freaky fast. If there wasn’t 15 people in line I would have asked for my money back and walked out.

I tryto find something positive everywhere i goI have nothing for here. This sub was 11.00 and it was 6 inches with two pieces of bacon and a couple pieces of turkey. It had three small tomato slices on it that were not ripe and oberload of mayo. Really disappointed. I asked for napkins and the man said over there and there were none. Could have careed less. Total waste of money.

Ordered online 5 minutes before arriving and waiting an additional 20 in the store. No apology for the long wait or for losing my order. All for one $10 sandwich that was mediocre at best.

Working in Southpointe this is a staple of my lunch rotation and I have consistently good experiences for lunch.However, please update your website hours. I tried to place an order at 7:34pm and it wouldn’t accept it. I drove past at 7:44pm on my way home and the store was dark and closed up for the night despite being listed as open until 9pm. This happened a few months ago too and I wrote it off as a fluke but if it’s going to be a consistent thing then please update the hours.

I guess the owner of this place is into stealing people's money. I ordered two sandwiches and they never showed up. Nobody at that location will answer the phone and it's ridiculous. I want my money back so somebody better contact me fast!

First off, I love Jimmy Johns. Just NOT THIS LOCATION. I used to go to one downtown all the time, and they're 5 stars all the way. This location is awful. When I came in, I stood at the register for at least 5 minutes while the 5 workers ignored me. Finally, someone quickly took my order and hurriedly walked away without giving me a number for my order or receipt. There were at least 7 people standing there waiting for food as they worked on a large order for someone who wasn't there. The music was loud, heavy metal that was just screaming, and no one could even hear them call out the sandwiches. When they called out my order, another person asked if it had banana peppers on it, and the guy very rudely picked up my sandwich to look at the receipt and slammed it down and said NO. Like he was angry he had to work there and deal with customers. To top it all off, my sandwich had almost no meat on it. It was a Pepe with like one slice of ham on it.I agree with others that you need to clean house here. To pay that much for a ham sandwich with no ham and have to deal with the staff here....never again. I'll drive farther to go to the one in Washington.

Whomever owns this franchise needs to come in and CLEAN HOUSE with the current employees! I see recently you've gotten a bunch of 1-star reviews...add mine to that.I ordered online...and 35 minutes later they claimed my order was still not ready for pick-up. I walked to the restaurant and, sure enough, my order was on the "to go" shelf.Freaky fast? How about I'll NEVER patronize your store again.Signing my name to this review,Geoff Mackeyh

Brought home a sandwich and on first bite noticed something very strange like biting into very hard crunchy particles. Looked at the bottom of the roll and it was baked beyond crisp. Every bite was like chewing ground glass. Never Again.

Placed order around 11:15 am for 1pm delivery. Arrived 15 minutes late & then left food ON THE GROUND (hot pavement) and when caught doing that claimed receptionist told him to do that. Not true. Was told to place inside the door - where there is a table! When challenged on this became defiant. LOUSY service.
