Worst visit to KFC I’ve ever experienced in my life. I ordered both KFC and Taco Bell. I had ordered four Doritos Locos tacos two were to be supreme two or two be only cheese and sour cream. All four tacos were wrong. They were also very soggy. I noticed before I left they had forgot my nacho fries. I proceeded to let them know. They brought me nacho fries up that were hard and cold. I requested a new order and watched the employee take them to the back. Add more nacho fries to my box, put seasoning on it and bring it right back to me. Still the same cold nacho fries that I had given them to replace the workers were rude. I also ordered a three-piece chicken box with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. There was only white meat available, which I accepted however I ordered extra crispy. I was given original chicken that was also not a very warm temperature I had went to KFC Taco Bell purposely as I am eight months pregnant and have been craving it for days and I will never return to this location again the food was awful. The service was worse. I left so upset and spent $30 on four soggy tacos that were made incorrectly, stone, cold, nacho fries, and The chicken box was just as bad, so disappointing Even more disappointing that I asked for corrections to be made was treated poorly by the staff Also stood around, listening to the managers and Employees talk about side pieces, speaking about women not side pieces of chicken Or individual sides of food in the restaurant while I had my child present. Very inappropriate

Very rude went out of the way to inconvenience me when I placed a mobile order. Was told I couldn't pick up my order in the drive thru and I would have to come inside in the Rain. Then to top it off I was told when I asked for hot sauce that it was already in the bag, it was not. Don't waste your money supporting this franchise.

I’ve ordered here several times because it’s a convenient location however, Saturday was my last time ever ordering here again. I ordered the honey barbecue chicken sandwich. When I got home and opened it, it was way overcooked. The oil that they used to fry it in had to be super old. The taste was disgusting and I threw it out. Prior to this experience I ordered an eight piece bucket of original recipe chicken, ordered online and when I got there, they said they were out of the original recipe, and I can only have extra crispy. Same thing overcooked in old fry oil. When you go inside, you can see the kitchen and how filthy it is! Overheard employees using filthy language, which I guess matches the kitchen🤢 I frequent the KFC in Bethel Park and it’s amazing how clean the restaurant is and how much superior the food quality is.

I go here a lot for lunch. The staff are always friendly. Dusty is a cool dude, gives the place good vibes. Looks like they just did a remodel, place looks nice. I think KFC has been getting a bit better in the quality dept for food lately too. Hope it keeps goin.

Rude disrespectful staff immediately started the interaction off by being rude and practically shouted they weren’t serving kfc only Taco Bell it was 8:30pm?!?!? it was pickup order from their website which says their open till 11pm and they told my husband they didn’t have breast cuz they hadn’t received their order which is okay so they offered the 16 tender meal in place of the chicken bucket then proceeded to give us a bucket of 8 pieces of what looked like day old crusty bottom of the fryer bits including a wing so burnt it was just bones and char like I’m not feeding my kids that let alone my dog DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND worth the drive to a different location especially after the hour hassle to try and have it refunded

I stopped by the drive thru and I couldn't find what I wanted immediately on the menu. The wording is kind of small. I thought the drive thru worker...said "when you're ready I can take your order." What I think this worker said was "lemme take your order." 2 times in a matter of 30 seconds. I said "hold on for a minute. I need to read the menu." I swear the worker said "you're gonna pay for that." I don't know what it meant, but I wasn't going to find out.

The GM manger was there he worked there since he was 16. Knows all the menus and discounts and best service. Kentucky fried Chicken just right. Plenty of of seating and clean family friendly!

They served me days old fried chicken, the color was darken cuz of frying multiple times I assume from the day before. Worst customer service ever. The staff intentionally messed up my orders couple times and has a bad attitude about it.
