I was hungry plus I like KFC so I chose this one even though shows low rating. This place is so dirty and nasty that I almost feel vomit. Smells bad, floor, table, everywhere dirty. I guess they get rid of the housekeeper.

Was traveling through and stopped, ordered fried pickles and a cheese quesadilla (tbell attached) got a chicken quesadilla instead that was so messy it was falling out of the package. Pickles were weighed down with grease. Got to go to munch on on the road so didnt return to complain.

When I place an order that's a 4pc deal, the app says it's ready. But I was almost waiting for 15 minutes and then when asked they asked me to wait for a few more minutes saying we were on it.
Then, when it was done they didn't place the order on a pickup shelf, instead when asked one woman told me that someone will come and hand it over.
Fully disappointed with the service.

Been sitting in drive thru for 20 mins just to move up one car length. What is going on with this place. Franchise needs to be down here and find out. They don't pay for my gas of having to wait so long.

Food at times is inedible. This last time was the worst. So bad that it would more than likely get someone sick or worse. The chicken was so old it had become beef jerky and the coating could be used as a brick. The pot pie also had a spoiled taste. It got better for a while but clearly back to when it was like this before.

The staff was very rude and the building was very dirty inside.I'll waited in line for 15 minutes for famous bowl.I laughed and I know silverware napkins with my food we will not be back

I got a mashed potato bowl. The chicken was chewy and gross. It tasted like they pulled chicken off of the original recipe chicken breast. I was chewing on ligaments. Yuck. I thought that was supposed to have popcorn chicken?

Worst visit to KFC I’ve ever experienced in my life. I ordered both KFC and Taco Bell. I had ordered four Doritos Locos tacos two were to be supreme two or two be only cheese and sour cream. All four tacos were wrong. They were also very soggy. I noticed before I left they had forgot my nacho fries. I proceeded to let them know. They brought me nacho fries up that were hard and cold. I requested a new order and watched the employee take them to the back. Add more nacho fries to my box, put seasoning on it and bring it right back to me. Still the same cold nacho fries that I had given them to replace the workers were rude. I also ordered a three-piece chicken box with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. There was only white meat available, which I accepted however I ordered extra crispy. I was given original chicken that was also not a very warm temperature I had went to KFC Taco Bell purposely as I am eight months pregnant and have been craving it for days and I will never return to this location again the food was awful. The service was worse. I left so upset and spent $30 on four soggy tacos that were made incorrectly, stone, cold, nacho fries, and The chicken box was just as bad, so disappointing Even more disappointing that I asked for corrections to be made was treated poorly by the staff Also stood around, listening to the managers and Employees talk about side pieces, speaking about women not side pieces of chicken Or individual sides of food in the restaurant while I had my child present. Very inappropriate

Very rude went out of the way to inconvenience me when I placed a mobile order. Was told I couldn't pick up my order in the drive thru and I would have to come inside in the Rain. Then to top it off I was told when I asked for hot sauce that it was already in the bag, it was not. Don't waste your money supporting this franchise.
