Half the time you get pasta salad half the time you get chips is my only complaint.

The place smelled bad. The cappuccino tasted burnt and poorly made. Expensive for what it is. Terrible experience.

Good atmosphere, quiet and down to earth. Nothing wrong with the service they were all really nice. The only thing I can say is if there are items no longer in the menu to either take them off the menu or put out some sort of sign letting your customers know. I asked for 2 separate flavors and was told they don’t carry them anymore and had to settle for something I necessarily didn’t want. The other thing I have to say is also put a time or something on the menu indicating when the lunch menu starts.

For the BRIDGEVILLE location (on Washington Ave)-- Great food and drinks. Pretty quiet and calm atmosphere. Service was good for me. Accessibility wise, I think the environment was fair. It had a ramped entry (no automatic door opener) and a fairly open seating area with wide aisles. There were lots of seating options for wheelchair users and low height counters to pick food up from which is great. The bathroom is hard to get to via wheelchair, but doable if there are no boxes in the hallway. However, the bathroom itself is fairly small making wheelchair mobility within the bathroom pretty difficult. There could be improvements made to make it more accessible for people with disabilities, but overall, it was not the least accessible place I've been to! (NOTE- I am not a wheelchair user myself, but I am an OT who tries to note things like this for reviews because I know it can sometimes be helpful for others to what to expect when planning to visit)

It's an ok place. A bit speedy but it's convenient. They can't make a cinnamon latte at all, but other drinks are ok.

I truly enjoy the La Bella in Bridgeville and visit often. I decided to try the South Pointe location in hopes for my favorite lunch item. When I received my sandwich instead of the picked veggies and chilled pasta salad that comes with the sandwich at the other location I received a pile of "the bottom of the bag chips". I was so disappointed! My " go too" chicken salad sandwich was lacking and was not the usual awesome sandwich I receive at the Bridgeville location. The atmosphere was also not great- hearing the teenager conversations go on very loudly was disappointing. I will not be coming back to this location.

This place is okay. Almost every time I come in there's an issue with the service. The first time the cashier was on her phone and I witnessed a worker touching bread with no gloves on. Today, three workers were socializing and the cashier was stuffing her face while there were two customers in line waiting. To add, the flavors of the pastries aren't consistent. I'll go in, buy an item. The next time I go it'll be a whole different panel of pastries so the options aren't reliable when you want to get a repeat order.

I like this place a lot, but the quality of your drink is *very* dependent on which barista you get. I've had the same order (a basic tea latte) come out as the best drink I've ever tasted and borderline undrinkable.
