Went 3 times in a week and ordered food. The food was not bad but the same girl I ordered from was rude and ignorant. It seemed she did not care about having customers.

GOOD Pizza ready to go....the young woman behind the counter was having a bad day and was rude. I had asked for napkins and said "we're out." Which I disagreed and the manager brought some. She was not interested in the customer at all and ignored me. I won't go back unless I have no other choices to eat. Manager was nice.

I went to get a "Fanceroni" pizza with 100 old world pepperoni slices after being talked into it by a Report of the Week video. The exterior of the store looked like it was in bad shape with a destroyed sign and permanently closed-looking neighboring shop windows.I almost thought the store itself went out of business until I opened the door and stepped inside to be greeted by a crouched over woman hidden behind some small signage. The cashier (who admitted to working solo for the first time) was apparently unfamiliar with the Fanceroni pizza and claimed it was just a regular pizza with more pepperoni on it. Based on my actual picture vs the picture of the expected, advertised pizza, you can see why I was disappointed after I got home and opened the box.(Thankfully, I wasn't charged for more than a regular pizza)Also, Reviewbrah was right about getting the extra cup of marinara as it made the pizza much more flavorful.Unfortunately, the shop doesn't seem to accept American Express and my card was rejected a few times before we collectively realized this and I was forced to pay with physical cash (hard on me since my credit union doesn't have any fee-free ATMs anywhere nearby). The pizza isn't bad for the price if you get the marinara with it, but I am still upset that my card wasn't accepted and I never actually got what I originally came for.The owner(s) should:1. Fix the exterior so it doesn't look like they are going out of business2. Train their employees to know their products better (at the very least the differences between their fancy pizzas and regular pizzas!)

Cheese pizza was awesome. Best I've had. Recipe for crust leaves a little bit to be desired.

Hard to get food when they're closed on Sundays when they are supposed to be open. And the employees sitting outside, watching you walk to the door and wait til you leave to get out of their car.
