I adore this place. They have vegan cheese and vegan sour cream and they always play the best music. There's a ton of stuff that always looks amazing on the menu, but I end up getting the tofu tacos every time. Their tofu is so unique and delicious.

I went here and I finally got to eat tasty vegan nachos at a sit down restaurant i also had a corn chowder sub vegan cheese and it was very tasty after about a 2 mile walk

This was probably the worst dining experience of my life, if I could give the food and atmosphere a 0 I would. Our server was great, though. I ordered the Birria tacos and it was literally beef jerky. Super dry and not good. Not to mention the worst part, they had this incredibly weird and disrespectful crucifix of Jesus right by the bathrooms, even if you don’t care about that kind of thing it’s pretty uncomfortable and unnecessary for a place that’s supposed to serve decent Mexican food. They also had another super weird “decoration” of an angel and a demon making out. What a disgrace.

30 minutes to get seated and over an hour for our food. Don’t come here if you have plans. Had to break plans with friends because it took so long.

Proceed with caution Come Thirsty. Went here for the first time, let me start off by saying I’m not sure if the waiters are trained or just thrown out there. But my table of 4 Adults and 1 child ended up with 14 drinks. 2 pitchers. They started by bringing out waters for everyone than ordered 1 kids root beer 1 adult root beer than 1 pepsi one staff came back with 5 sodas and another staff came with 3 more plus a pitcher of root beer. Our table was filled with drinks than we ordered our meals and i asked for a Burrito was given quesadilla than one of our chips and salsa didn’t have salsa. Another order had special instructions (leaving stuff off or adding an item) and it was all messed up. Than we was told that our kids meal had a brownie ice cream desert included and she did not bring it out she really didn’t “wait on us “ other than taking our order than bringing our bill. We def didn’t need any refills. But we had to ask for his desert Togo as we was walking out since they forgot it. Which it wasn’t busy at the time we went. I just believe untrained or just didn’t care. Food was so good but would not return to this location based off the experience we had.

We had such an amazing experience at Mad Mex! Not only was the food absolutely delicious and came out super fast, but the service was beyond special. Our daughter, who is 8 and deaf, was trying to tell me her order when Keyona kindly stepped in and began communicating with her in ASL. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us as parents it gave our daughter the chance to confidently order her own food. We are so grateful and will definitely be back to visit again!
