Didn't like that when you called your phone order in. That it was a answering company. And that there was one person making my food and with no one else to police my food done with papa johns 😑

We ordered 2 specialty pizzas.. both no onion.. both came with onion.. ?.. the Buffalo chicken pizza is NOT what it used to be.. they use "grilled" chicken instead of chicken poppers, and they don't use a ranch sauce with a buffalo swirl anymore... It's just straight buffalo...both pizzas were made incorrectly, but still tasted good..

The food from this location is always as good as Papa John's can be. The wings and tenders are not that great but it's not the stores fault. The bone in wings are tiny and the boneless are cheap factory made chicken nuggets

Ordered delivery, and it showed in less than 30 minutes. We thought the pizza was good after cutting the slices better. we just couldn't pull them apart. We tried the New York style.

I ordered the exact same things 3 days before because they save my previous orders, and it costed $7 more than what i paid for some reason. The staff( or manager) is extremely rude and has a really unwelcoming attitude about him. Lost his cool during the order, basically yelled at me while explaining something, and when i got there to pick up my order, he got a really annoyed face, as if working there is a torture to him or something. Would never recommend here

The manager/owner is extremely rude & cheap! We bought a pizza there a few weeks ago due to the closeness of their shop to my home. Mediocre at best. I tried to use a coupon last night from the AARP website that had their exact location, and name spelled out on this coupon and the "manager" refused to honor it. I had a similar issue with a coupon around a year ago where they refused to honor that coupon as well. He tried to tell me it was an "online" coupon for any Papa Johns. I would rather him be honest and just say he does not wish to honor the coupon. There was no coupon code or anything else that would allow you to use it "online". Just plain cheap!! With all the options for convenient pizza all the way to high quality pizza, this particular store would be a non-choice for me anytime in the future!! I also believe there may be other factors at play for the smugness and rudeness I have experienced there.
