The dining room should not be open. They have no plates, plastic silverware only, pizza is served in a to-go box, and no one checks to see if you need anything after giving you the pizza. The pizza was also not cut through at all and therefore very difficult to separate with their plastic silverware. They also have no fountain drinks and sell bottled drinks only and charge $2+ per 16/20 ounce bottle.

This is now the almost 10th time we’ve tried to order personal pan pizzas and instead of calling to make sure it’s okay, they just size up the pizza. We would have canceled had we been told they ran out of personal pans. This might sound like a win, but I have a very picky eater that will not eat anything other than their personal pan and it’s EVERY TIME we order a cheese pizza from here. Absolutely terrible customer service because if we ask for them to fix it, they blow it off saying we should be happy it’s upgraded. No one is happy. This is complete bs. How do you run out of personal pans?!

Absolutely atrocious, online order “never” showed up AFTER being charged, and proceeded to show the woman the order to make and waited for ten fifteen minutes before being asked AGAIN and showing the order AGAIN. After forty five minutes in TOTAL, for a subpar pizza.

Ran my card.. refused to give me any food “because it wasn’t in their computer system”. Even though I showed them the bank statement of the money being withdrawn. I will genuinely never eat here again after this. It’s absolutely ridiculous to pay for my food, and be refused to get the food.
