We love this location and the quality is always great/consistent. The staff are always friendly and pleasant. My 4 year old dropped his ice and I offered to buy him another but they just gave me a new one free of charge.

Most amazing service I’ve ever received! The ice was absolutely scrumptious!!!!? Impeccable help from that employee Grace as well! Her accent was so soothing and really put me in the shaved ice mood! ??? #

The girls that work there are always nice and friendly. Staff here are way nicer than the one in Bethel park or Scott. I love the gelati, they have kid size here which is a perfect portion.
