Southpointe Golf Club has great food, staff, and it is a beautiful and relaxing place for golf, pool time, or having some drinks with friends.

I am certain if it was one of your family members and they were treated the way my husband and I were... I called regarding how a row of live candles that your establishment had burning on the floor of a wedding reception I attended the last Friday in october. my dress swept inside the glass of the candle did not catch on fire but the hot wax got onto my gown. it was literally wall to wall people with only one bartender on duty trying to accommodate a mass of people southpointe was unable to accommodate the traffic flow which caused me to walk very close to the wall where the real candles were placed on the floor burning. The fire hazard you put each person in that evening was unbelievable I was given Lauren's name so she could help me with this situation and we played phone tag which forced me to speak to a woman who she indetified herself as directly under lauren i was appalled at her tone and deamonor with me. as I explained my circumstances she became condensing and actually rude my husband listening to our conversation was appalled and he took the phone from me and begin talking with her and she continually challenged him and voices got loud. it was unacceptable unbelievable . we called Lauren and left word for her to please call us back as we told her what happened via phone meassage unfortunately it is now January and my dress still is hanging on the back on my door I have not heard from southpointe ans my question is .. is this how you wish to leave this situation If you wish to discuss this so we can resolve this unfortunate situation my name is logged in with Lauren who has never followed up with me after leaving a message with her on how her manager was EXTREMELY Rude and EXTREMELY condensending to my husband. this does not need to be placed on yelp and by no men's this is no threat Respectfully

Southpointe is a fantastic country club! They do tons of events; especially for kids, and it has a beautiful course, pool, and club house! We love it! It’s great year-round, but is definitely our go-to place in the summer. If you’re looking for a country club, I highly recommend it!
