They need more staff here or management needs to fine tine this place, orders take 30+ minutes sometimes. Even when I travel to New york or any busy city it never takes that long. I struggle to give this starbucks business. I just hope it gets better

This is the worst starbucks. I waited 18 minutes for egg bites and when I opened my bag it wasn’t even egg bites. The food is basically microwaved, there is no reason to ever wait that long for food especially when there were 6 employees behind the counter.

Waited in drive through for over 10 minutes and nobody ever took my order on the speaker there was a total of 3 cars in line. Dont know if understaffed or employees are slow. Either way thanks for wasting my time!

Once again this store fails, the workers are rude on a consistent basis. This is 3 times now in the past 3 weeks. Ive given enough chances I will not be back! I will go to McDonald's across the street, better service!

This store is terrible, ever since they got rid of the morning crew that was there for years this place sucks!!! Slowest service ever and rude workers, Will not return, I will go to McDonald's before ever coming back to this place!!

The absolutely slowest service of all time. I waited in line for 30 min for a coffee. Line was wrapped all the way around the building. This has happened multiple times I came here.

Extremely busy with a bunch of rude yuppies for customers. Some of the people of South Hills believe their are affluent because they live in a house and own cars they can barely afford. Then they treat others like peasants when they are in fact peasants themselves.

Ordered an oatmeal with blueberries, splenda and nuts. Was handed the blueberries with no bag. Next came the oatmeal with brown sugar. I handed back the brown sugar and was told the splenda was probably in the oatmeal. So I tasted the oatmeal. No splenda. The girl at the window asked me if I wanted them to make it over. No, I want two splenda. And could I also have a spoon and a napkin. Her response after handing those things was to SLAM the window. Umm Starbucks you may want to see if that window will need replaced at the end of her shift.

I ordered a drink with almond milk due to high sensitivity to milk. Drank my grande size drink noticing it tasted heavier than normal. After finishing half of the drink I was so sick from it I was sent home from work. The first time this happened from this location I chalked it up to a mistake, but now that this location has done this to me twice I’m extremely disappointed to know I’ll have to travel to the one in meadowlands if I can’t oversee the order made (if I order any other way than in person). This is now more time missed from work along with an illness I thought I was avoiding with almond milk. So beyond disappointed.

Dietary restrictions: Needed a milk substitute. Was on my label but clearly was not used or the product may have been expired. Was the only thing consumed for the day, just like my misfortune previously.
