Anna Faris is the manager here! I think she’s studying for her next role.
The employees here are what makes the place so enjoyable to swing into. You’ll need to see blue eyes, once you notice them you’ll never forget. Then you’ll have to ask the one employee about her art, she has it in a local gallery.

This has got to be the slowest Starbucks. I am a DoorDash driver and to watch my drink sit there and only have to wait 20 minutes for a cake pop to be put in the bag is ridiculous. When I ask about it I get told that they are waiting on the food. After a while longer and I ask again and I hear an employee say they just haven’t gotten to it yet is a tad rude. It’s a cake pop. You get them frozen. You aren’t making them. Then when I say all I am waiting for is the cake pop and another employee says is that all, and goes over and gets a cake pop and I finally get my order. Do better!!!

Aways great coffee
I arrived at 9:45a. I ordered at 10:03a. Paid at 10:15 and got my drink. I almost left but had stuck it out this long. The fact that I arrived at 9:45a and had to be somewhere 10 minutes down the road at 10:30a and was damn near late is crazy. This is the worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. The service is so slow. I lived in Jersey and the service is faster with more people in line. If you have anything to do don’t go here. If you have all day to spare. This is the place for you.

The rudest Starbucks employee ever at the drive thru. Hopefully corporate remedies the problem.
It’s Starbucks… yinz really scrolling reviews for burnt coffee and Wi-Fi? Go ahead, get scammed outta ten bucks for a pumpkin spice latte you could’ve made at home with some Gallikers and a candle. Run into your neighbor Linda and ask how her husband Mark’s doing since he slipped on a Primanti’s sandwich wrapper outside Acrisure (sorry Heinz Field). Complain about the Pens to the guy hogging the outlet — and move on with your life. It’s Starbucks.
I ordered my drink at 7 am before school expecting it to NOT take 30 mins. I was waiting in the line for almost 30 mins and I was extremely late to school. The drink wasn’t even good. Line was all the way to the street aswell.

Increase the size of your entrance already, its irritating that people continue to get stuck when its backed out so far. Trucks also have a hard time coming out because of the narrow entrance. A few feet would go a long way.

They need more staff here or management needs to fine tine this place, orders take 30+ minutes sometimes. Even when I travel to New york or any busy city it never takes that long. I struggle to give this starbucks business. I just hope it gets better

This is the worst starbucks. I waited 18 minutes for egg bites and when I opened my bag it wasn’t even egg bites. The food is basically microwaved, there is no reason to ever wait that long for food especially when there were 6 employees behind the counter.

Waited in drive through for over 10 minutes and nobody ever took my order on the speaker there was a total of 3 cars in line. Dont know if understaffed or employees are slow. Either way thanks for wasting my time!
