Ordered an oatmeal with blueberries, splenda and nuts. Was handed the blueberries with no bag. Next came the oatmeal with brown sugar. I handed back the brown sugar and was told the splenda was probably in the oatmeal. So I tasted the oatmeal. No splenda. The girl at the window asked me if I wanted them to make it over. No, I want two splenda. And could I also have a spoon and a napkin. Her response after handing those things was to SLAM the window. Umm Starbucks you may want to see if that window will need replaced at the end of her shift.

I ordered a drink with almond milk due to high sensitivity to milk. Drank my grande size drink noticing it tasted heavier than normal. After finishing half of the drink I was so sick from it I was sent home from work. The first time this happened from this location I chalked it up to a mistake, but now that this location has done this to me twice I’m extremely disappointed to know I’ll have to travel to the one in meadowlands if I can’t oversee the order made (if I order any other way than in person). This is now more time missed from work along with an illness I thought I was avoiding with almond milk. So beyond disappointed.
Dietary restrictions: Needed a milk substitute. Was on my label but clearly was not used or the product may have been expired. Was the only thing consumed for the day, just like my misfortune previously.

Store is closed today at 4:30 when it is supposed to be open until 9:30p because they are short-staffed. This is the second time in 10 days this has happened. I suggest they need a new manager who can actually do their job. Really frustrating to show up only to find the door locked.

Place is absolute joke went there 3 days in a row and was told they couldn't make ice coffee. Never heard of a coffee shop not able to make a cold coffee. All 3 days was met with an Absolutely. Rude young girl on the 3rd day said this is ridiculous you still can't make a ice coffee hot only she replied maybe go to another Starbucks bye but with a aditude and a long Exaggerated, by it's disgusting we have these people working in our community

I had such a great experience at Starbucks today I walked up to the counter and was greeted right away. The girl was super sweet and I told her it was my birthday. She wished me happy birthday and then asked me what I wanted for my free drink when I got my cup I realize that she had written happy birthday on it. It made me feel so good, she was such a sweet girl and I hope somehow gets back to her. Thank you, Starbucks.

Yelling 'is there is anything else?!?' before I've even ordered my first item is getting a little ridiculous, I get that you need to get back to posting dumb tik Tok videos but you could at least pay attention enough to not put 3 lids on my coffee so two of them fall of mid drink or at the very least remember to give me a damn napkin to clean up after your terrible service.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I've been too in the Pittsburgh area.We went on a Saturday around 3pm and we ordered inside.Nothing bad to say about service, in fact they were all very kind and professional but the waiting was the longest I've ever experienced. Sure the drive thru was busy but I've been to busier ones and we didn't have to wait 15 minutes for a nitro coffee and cappuccino and a Danish.The place seemed neglected and not inviting at all, as if the tables and chairs were an afterthought.The food was displayed packed in clear plastic bags and the Danish was soggy.If you are looking for a drive thru I'd say it's ok but expect a wait.If you want to enjoy your coffee sitting inside or maybe work there I'd choose another location because this one is kind of depressing.
