I had such a great experience at Starbucks today I walked up to the counter and was greeted right away. The girl was super sweet and I told her it was my birthday. She wished me happy birthday and then asked me what I wanted for my free drink when I got my cup I realize that she had written happy birthday on it. It made me feel so good, she was such a sweet girl and I hope somehow gets back to her. Thank you, Starbucks.
Probably one of the worst Starbucks I've been too in the Pittsburgh area.We went on a Saturday around 3pm and we ordered inside.Nothing bad to say about service, in fact they were all very kind and professional but the waiting was the longest I've ever experienced. Sure the drive thru was busy but I've been to busier ones and we didn't have to wait 15 minutes for a nitro coffee and cappuccino and a Danish.The place seemed neglected and not inviting at all,...
This starbucks leaves little to be desired. The parking lot is not safe. To get into the store, you MUST traverse through an active line of cars in the drive thru. There is no other way to get in. The people at the counter can be very Jeckle and Hyde. It depends on the day you get them. If you ask for your drink that is 10 minutes overdue from the time in the APP, you may get yelled at.I don't go here anymore.
