I mobile ordered at 11:42am today and when I showed up at 12:20 it was not ready and it took another 45mins for her to make it. Avoid this Subway.. management needs to hire more people or step up and help out themselves.

I have not had a good experience here. The last time I ate here the bread was stale. Upon trying again, I was met with a very impatient and unfriendly staff who couldn’t be less interested in making my sandwich. I had to leave when the sandwich was squeezed so tight to wrap that it was less than half of its original size. Thankfully there are several other subway restaurants in the area.

We asked for a strict veggie subway and specifically asked to keep it away from the meat but it was literally placed next to meet and could have gotten contaminated as the other person was literally grabbing meat from on top of it. They also did not have half the veggies available. The service was poor since they were not able to meet customer’s expectations.

I recently stopped by Subway to pick up an online order for my niece, and I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the staff was. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. The manager (I believe) was in the middle of preparing the order, and when I let her know I was there for my niece’s pickup, she kindly reassured me it would be ready shortly.
While waiting, I complimented the store on its new remodel (it looks great!), and even the young man who was on his break joined in the conversation—he was so pleasant and friendly. Before I knew it, the manager had already finished the order and personally brought it out to me in the lobby. We all got caught up chatting, and I didn’t even realize how much time had passed until my niece called asking for her food!
If you’re looking for a place that not only makes delicious sandwiches but also serves them with genuine kindness and a smile, this Subway is the one to visit.

Small parking lot, washroom placement next to the eating area is less than ideal. I hate the Subway idea of what a wrap is. That is flatbread and it tastes awful. The place was busy and they were trying to train a newbie so that's good but maybe he should be a little better before attempting the lunch rush. Long line and he was trying but struggling. Maybe it will be better soon but our experience was below expectations for Subway.
Worst sub ever—stale bun and so very sloppy! Restroom was so dirty, I couldn’t use it (something was growing in the toilet—looked like mold). I have never been in such a disgusting fast food restaurant!!

The boy never changed his gloves, when finished with my sub, before making my bf's sub. Too much sauce, straight piled it on. A lady was standing/walking by the boy (HE WAS A DOLL, THOUGH) & never even helped him but staired at him then just walked by. Personally, I do not like this Subway bc I see a lot of cross-contamination that could happen. NOT GOOD for food allergy folk. CHANGE GLOVES!

Slow service,ignored us to make called in pick up orders,while line built up.bread was stale ,crumbly and parts hard enough that we couldn't eat it. We didn't get them toasted. Staff was rude. Worst experience at any subway we've had .got footlongs we could t eat , traveling went to McDonalds instead

This is my first time to the Subway location and I was very impressed. Nestled in a small building in Canonsburg next to the beer distributor, you almost miss it.
Walking inside, you can tell that this location is very well-maintained and clean. The main gentleman is very polite and makes the sandwiches with a lot of care.
You have a choice of fountain drinks or cooler drinks to take on the go. The chip selection is very large and you have nice yummy cookies for dessert.
Will definitely return 😃
