The milkshakes were good. My 2 year olds ice cream cone barely melted within the 10 minute drive home, which makes me question their ingredients. Customer service was very poor. There was 1 other order and I waited over 10 minutes between ordering and receiving our order. The teenager working the window needs a total attitude adjustment.
I'd rather just plan a day and drive to Jerry's.

Extremely disappointed in my visit. I drove all the way out to turtle twist after coming across a video on TikTok of them advertising their new cotton candy sundae. When i arrived and ordered it it was nothing like the advertisement. I am extremely disappointed as this was the only reason i came.

If you’re a fan of custard, I’m confident this place will hit the mark. Prices are reasonable too, which is always a plus.
