I just left Wendy's in canonsburg PA to find out they overcharged me for two Dave's singles 12$ instead of 7 dollars and my hamburger was half cold and dried out! This is the second time now this month. I will never go there again! Maybe hire honest people.

Hear me out, i love this Wendy’s. Im a frequent customer. But my most recent visit i ordered there new frostys and when we got to the window to pay the lady was literally coughing all over are frosty. I literally was so shocked because she was coughing into her hand as well and the frosty has no lid to cover the entire top. Yes they remade it but this was so disgusting. And i hate to leave a review but it was literally unbelievable

The girl at the window taking my order was very rude. Also they need to fix there intercom because i was literally creaming my order and she still couldn’t hear me. Also after i told her what i ordered she goes, no you should’ve just got the combo it would’ve been cheaper. Like don’t tell me what to do with my money first of all, and second they messed up the whole entire order because she changed it to the combo. I wasn’t gonna go back in line because of how rude she was. Disappointed

Went to order food from drive-through ask for barbecue sauce three times, got to open the bag there none go around signs ask for more they only gave us two, go around again ask for more the manger said “is this good enough for you?” In a rude way. Not really happy with the service

Several encounters over the years with unnecessarily rude staff, orders constantly inaccurate or missing, slow. Just keep on driving to Racetrack Rd. That location is way better.
I've only placed a couple mobile orders, but the staff has been so friendly and the food has been hot and delicious. Keep it up Canonsburg Wendy's! Thank you for great service and food!!

got 2 Asiago chicken clubs and a mint frosty...the frosty was outstanding..the sandwiches were dry, flimsy, lettuce hard as a rock..tomatoe almost non existent and after one bite the whole thing fell apart. this store does a great job on breakfast...but after that they leave alot to be desired. next time I'll go to burger King for chicken.
