So hungry on a Friday afternoon! We are traditional Christians and we don't eat meat on Fridays, so the pickin's can be slim! Being that we were at a spa, and had a lot of time before a show we were going to see, and the fact that the temperature was very low, I made the decision for a late lunch at Zoup! My husband and I both got the grilled cheese with pesto sandwich; he got no tomato, but added marinated onions and I added avocado. I also got the tomato bisque. The sandwiches were fantastic, but the soup was absolutely out of this world! It was like a liquid pizza! We left satisfied, and nothing left behind.

Stopped in to grab lunch for a coworker and I. The chicken pot pie soup, and the chicken noodle were delicious. The service was great.

Poor customer service. Girl
Had headphones in while taking my order. Overpriced food very little portions. Not worth the price. Made me sick right after. Won’t be going here again.

Tried Zoup for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! I had the Cali chicken sandwich and buffalo chicken mac n cheese — both were delicious, honestly felt like an upgraded version of Panera with food that actually hits the spot. At first, they brought me the plain mac n cheese by mistake, but as soon as I mentioned it, they immediately replaced it with the buffalo chicken one, no hassle at all. Loved the quick, attentive service along with the great food. Definitely worth a visit!

They need to take the older lady off the register. She has no patience and is snarky and rude. 9/9/2025- Canonsburg zoups.

I have never met a nicer staff. Serena was such a sweet and thoughtful server to me. Never in my 56 years have I met a teenager with such graceful and delightful attitude. Heavily recommend.

Food was great but the portions were super tiny, not worth what you pay for it.

I had the pick 2. Chicken chili and 1/2 cheese flatbread. Both were delicious.

I went to zip with a group of 5 for the first time. Definitely won’t go there again. I told them when I ordered sandwich and soup that I did not want the chipotle mayo.( because I am allergic to eggs) . She put on the order no mayo . I received my order of loaded backed potato soup and the sandwich. There wasn’t only potatoes in the soup, the sandwich had1piece of turkey and half a piece of cheese for 16 dollars. Then to top all there was mayo on my sandwich .Which I noticed after 1bite. I was 40 min from home driving alone so I took some Benadryl. Lost my voice made it home and slept for 12hours. I heard the cashier ask if there was any protocol for people with allergies. She said as told no! Really??? I would recommend McDonalds before this place!! The food was beyond lousy or I should say lack of food? The instructions for allergy friendly nonexistent.

Great selections of soup, some of them are a little salty

The above was a review of 6 years ago. Now with the new ownership, soups are lousy, lobster bisque was watery, way to deceive customer by watering down something that should be creamy. Bread is horrible, no more options like before, this place really sucks now.

The manager was exceptionally nice and is always a huge part of why I keep coming back! I even requested my chocolate chip cookie to be heated up and not only did he heat it up no questions asked he brought it back to my table. For a soup n sandwich joint, I give this location 11 stars out of 10!

The food's okay but overpriced. A decent meal sets you back over $20, and the Mac and cheese often comes out cold. I like going to the nearby All Stars better.

Ordered a pick two with the broccoli cheddar soup today. The soup has really changed and gone down hill. It literally tasted like it was made with cheez whiz and was such an unappetizing orange color. I could not finish it. I had to throw it out. It never used to be that way. And also the fact that you no longer offer butter and give out completely unhealthy vegetable oil spread is also a big disappointment. Will think twice about eating here again. Such a shame as things used to be good at this place.

Great food

Great atmosphere, really nice and calm inside. Service was standard I would say. The food though. I went with the pick 2 option with the pepperoni flatbread and the Mac. The Mac is solid(kinda hard to mess it up though) though I’d recommend getting the full size Mac over the 8oz that comes with the pick 2 because the 8oz doesn’t come with the breadcrumbs. The flatbread was atrocious, the crust reminded me of the jacks frozen pizza brand but worse. And the sauce tasted like the sauce you get from a pizza lunch-able. They go really light with the cheese as well and heavy on the sauce when it should be a more even blend.
