The food was very good! Poutine was delicious, and that's coming from a Canadian! Fish was huge, crispy on the outside, and juicy inside. Tarter sauce was good, too. Beer was good, try the Hazy, it's hazy!

Less salty then other locations! Place is super clean and very welcoming. However it is on the golf course so you kinda feel out of sorts when approaching but quickly realize you are in the right place. Craft white birch beer to die for! Love this place, only downside is there is not a gift shop like at other locations. Will most definitely be back!

I ordered a drink for my son and the glass came broken and we just realized that after he had a few sips. Fries were cold and also nobody came to apologize with the bad food and broken glass we had. although, The service was ok. I would not recommend this place and I won’t come back.

Super nice customer service and the food was amazing, Mile-High Meatloaf and Bowl of Chili which was loaded with nothing but meat and flavor. Could not be happier stopping in during the Carlisle Corvette Car Show and staying at IHG Carlisle Barracks Lodging. I will remember Appalachian Brewing Company 1757 Grille when I return next year and the year after for Carlisle Corvette Weekend. v/r, COL (ret) Ken King, PhD

I only give 4 stars because I would like a little bit lower calorie items available, but then it is a brewery/pub. Staff's very nice. We had a large party and they were great. It's a treasure for Carlisle.

UNBELIEVABLE! My husband was on his way home from a long day at drill at Fort Indiantown Gap and stopped to get a 4 pack to bring home. He got the Beach Nap (a favorite of his from when we used to frequent the Shippensburg location...he was a mug club member until they closed). The 4pack of cans was TWENTY FOUR DOLLARS. Kind of thrown off by the price since it used to be about $14 in Shippensburg. Then we got to thinking...inflation aside, there is NO WAY the price had gone up 70%. Thinking maybe someone made a mistake he called there asking about the 4 packs and sure enough, they were $24!! So we also called Mechanicsburg to compare and guess what....they're $14 in Mechanicsburg. How do you justify a 70% price difference 10 miles down the road?? ABSOLUTELY Ridiculous! Can't believe they closed Shippensburg for this over-priced snack bar.

Really disappointed. Two different orders of fries were cold, another order of meatloaf had chunks of cold meat and potatoes. When we mentioned the cold food the server said sorry about that but didn't offer to remedy it. Overall the menu leaves a lot to be desired. How about some different salad choices? Service was extremely slow and we had to flag our server for the check. No plans to return.
