Was a while back but recieved a flat today with no ice on an order when I went. Other than that the food is always good.

To be perfectly honest, I've never been a fan of Arby's, it was never my thing but, my father in law loves it so I indulged him by going with him. To my surprise the food was great. I ordered a chicken cordon Bleu sandwich and it was so good I actually considered ordering another one to go. Counter staff was attentive and took extra time dealing with his hearing impairment without getting impatient or rude. Lobby and seating area was nice and clean.

For the love of all things sacred- a district manager has to see this review. I’m a door dasher all around central pa and this Arby’s isn’t just the worst, but they are literally the worst restaurant out of all restaurants. I’ve NEVER picked up food that didn’t have an issue. From insane wait times to being closed when they are supposed to be open to today- they ran out of cup carriers. And I had 4 drinks lol. The Arby’s in Dillsburg is great. The one on Walnut Bottom Road is great. This one really should have all management fired or simply close shop.

Hate to say it. This is the first time I ever left a bad review at an Arby's. First of all the place was dirty. That let a guy walk in with a barking dog??. The food was cold and tasted like they haven't changed their oil in forever. Horrible experience . Very disappointing to say the least. Some old guy and his dog sat there with his dog barking the entire time . And nobody said a thing. The staff looked like they just rolled out of bed and didn't appear to have washed their uniforms in forever. The cook was yelling at everyone. What a complete disaster. This place went down hill 110 percent. I won't go back .

Sandwiches were great, but mozzarella sticks were still cold inside and fries were not hot. Service was pretty quick considering 1 worker was running back and forth between drive thru customers and counter customers. We were eating inside.

Here we go waiting on a order when there is no one here, been here ruffly 9 mins just waiting this establishment needs to get their staff together, as many people that come here from work for their lunch break that the service would be a little faster in getting their customers in and out but instead I get enough time to write this reveal in the top of Off I just got my food and it’s cold
I ran through the drive through for a quick sandwich and was looking forward to it for I hadn't eaten all day. I was very disappointed in the sandwich I'd gotten, it tasted dried out and nearly stale. The beef was only in half the sandwich and not moist. I typically am not disappointed with Arby's, but this time was quite a let down. I had no time to turn around and voice this or else I would have gone in and asked for a fresh sandwich.

The food is good but their jamocha shake taste like a vanilla shake if you want a jamocha shake go to the Arby's on Walnut bottom

i should not eat my food as soon as i’m driving away from receiving it and bite into ice cold fries and a sandwich with cold bread. maybe i am unreasonably upset but like what the heck!!

On Monday, October 21 at 9:30 p.m., during an almost 900-mile road trip, I stopped at Arby's feeling extremely tired and hungry. It was late and I typically worry about the service near closing time. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted with manners and a smile by a courteous employee. The food I received was fresh, hot, and delicious, indicating that it was prepared by someone who truly cared about their work. I wanted to thank Arby's for the positive experience and hope that the employee who provided such exceptional service will be told how much I appreciate them.
