I was pleasantly surprised to see steak bites on the menu. That is a solution for someone who needs a gluten free bun for a sandwich, and Arby's doesn't offer gluten free buns. The steak bites were very good! Suggestion to Arby's: add gluten free buns as an option, and you'll get a lot more customers.

Didn't have Mac and cheese got crinkle fries. They were horrible. Hard. Gave me another cookie. Only had 1 cherry turnover gave cookie. They did call me to tell me to substitute

I've never had a bad experience at any Arby's until today. Cashier at window had no idea what thousand Island was when I asked for extra for my Reuben, she said they don't have thousand Island... So I said, doesn't it come on your Ruben and she's like oh dressing. Ummm yeah there is only one thousand island.the staff was miserable, rude, and seemed overwhelmed. We got our food it tasted old. I'm honestly afraid I'm going to get food poisoning.
Was a while back but recieved a flat today with no ice on an order when I went. Other than that the food is always good.

To be perfectly honest, I've never been a fan of Arby's, it was never my thing but, my father in law loves it so I indulged him by going with him. To my surprise the food was great. I ordered a chicken cordon Bleu sandwich and it was so good I actually considered ordering another one to go. Counter staff was attentive and took extra time dealing with his hearing impairment without getting impatient or rude. Lobby and seating area was nice and clean.

For the love of all things sacred- a district manager has to see this review. I’m a door dasher all around central pa and this Arby’s isn’t just the worst, but they are literally the worst restaurant out of all restaurants. I’ve NEVER picked up food that didn’t have an issue. From insane wait times to being closed when they are supposed to be open to today- they ran out of cup carriers. And I had 4 drinks lol. The Arby’s in Dillsburg is great. The one on Walnut Bottom Road is great. This one really should have all management fired or simply close shop.
