The burger was hands down the best I’ve had in a while, and the fries were perfect. I think I’ve found my new favorite burger joint—I’ll definitely be back!

I came to see the Dirty Boots Country Music tryouts. The atmosphere, food, and staff were amazing. I tried their Backporch Burger and Bessie's Best Blonde golden ale. The burger was excellent and cooked exactly how I asked for it. The golden ale was amazing! The country music tryouts for Dirty Boots Country Fest were a great experience, and the acts were amazing. If you find yourself in Carlisle, stop in and give them a try.

Have been here twice in the last few weeks. Nice selection of beer (including hazy IPAs), food is fantastic (my favorite is the Longboat sandwich), and friendly servers who do a great job. My new favorite brewery/restaurant!

would say 2.5 stars... beer is all above avg, some very good (Kolsch & IPAs). Varied options lots of lagers, a few IPAs, 1 stout & porter at our visit. Pulked pork is VERY sweet. Service is very lacking, even sitting at the bar at a very slow time. there's better options in the area.

Loved the ginger beer and the Porchside Berry Sour. The burger was fine, but the loaded fries with pulled pork, beer cheese, and jalapeños were fantastic. I liked that it wasn’t too loud so easy to catch up with a friend and hang out.

The tater kegs and loaded nachos are a MUST!! The cocktails are amazing too, and the atmosphere is so much fun! We came during the car show when they had a DJ and it was just a good time! 10/10 recommend, this is the place to come in Carlisle!

Not impressed at all by the service, beer, or food. Bartender didn’t seem to have much experience as he could barely keep up with a small crowd during a rather slow week day evening. Would have looked past that if the beer was good but unfortunately was not for our taste. We will stick to the brewery’s in the area that we have been going to for the past 10 years. Overall just an odd atmosphere. Had high hopes for this place but just wasn’t impressed to be straight forward. With that being said I wish the brewery good luck but I will not be able to recommend to family and friends.

If I could go 0 I would, terrible experience for anyone with ADA or a service animal. Our animal was clearly vested and labeled and they decided to ask of my disability which is not allowed. So buyer beware as this was on our list of breweries for Carlisle!

A great local brewery with food in Carlisle. I had the wings and mushroom & Swiss burger, both were excellent. The beer was awesome! Came on a Wednesday night and they had live music. Trivia on Thursday.
