So we had been thinking about trying Brad‘s Pizza being that they’re so close to the house. I decided to call them today and just ask a couple of questions and one of the things I asked was about delivery. Whoever the person was that answered the phone @ 12:00pm is not very professional. They sounded quite rude when I asked about delivery. What a shame that that is a deciding factor that we will not be using their facility for any of the functions or personal needs. First impressions count I’ve always been told and if that’s a reflection of their Customer Service skills it’s probably a reflection of their food product as well, so there are many other competitors in the area and I think will elect to go elsewhere business, wise and personal

Food was decent, missed our ranch we paid for and the mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them. There was a miscommunication with the person who picked up the order for me, I went in frustated as I had to drive down, not far but I had a very hectic day already. Figured it out VIA phone call with the person and the lady told me I needed to apologize? I never yelled or said one cuss word, I was frustated so there might have been some tone but I never accused of not giving anything just stated what the person who picked up told me. So I was confused myself and again, just overstimulated from my day and frustated. She gave me alot of attitude because I had just decided to walk away, and she did this in front of many customers. Also told me shes not remaking or giving a refund even IF she did forget them, which that was figured all out. Use to be a great place, id come here often with good hospitality. But the customer service is just awful, and I hear it all around town, just thought id try them out after a while and looks like I wont be going back and will be recommending other restaurants to people who talk about it.

I have been a customer since the first week they opened. Now I live in a state 1000 miles from Carlisle and am only in town occasionally. Just had a cheese steak that was as amazing as ever and still a great value! Well done Brad!

Ordered the stuffed pizza. While it takes an hour to cook (lots of good stuff cooking) it was well worth the money! Best pizza we have ever had!
Update: It has been 2 years since we ate hereand we still talk about how amazing the stuffed pizza was. Wish they shipped to VA.

This place is very close to our house so we like to come here often but it seems like every other time we call in to place an order we are unable to get through to anyone even after several attempts and using a different phone to call. It seems to be the female that’s working when this happens as we have gone in to explain hoping it was just the phone lines being down or something. Our family loves the food when we are able to order so I’m hoping something will be done about this issue.
