I was asked to drive to the front of the store and they would bring it out, and they forgot about me. Went to get it, they forgot to put some of the food in the bag. The soda machine was out of syrup, and the staff was rather either uninterested in doing their job, or unable. 🤷🏼

I stopped in to get some lunch at 12:06 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12th and all the doors were locked. Good luck staying in business. Then when i tried calling them no answer or machine. Wow. Won't ever be back.

Drive through is open but the a large vehicle cannot fit through the drive through so let's go inside. Except you can't because all dining room doors are locked. At 830am. Shameful.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. I ordered my food and then had to wait 15 minutes to be told what I wanted wasn't available. Why, you may ask? Because they were too busy talking to a customer they're friends with and standing around doing nothing. After I was asked what I wanted as a replacement, it took an additional 5 minutes to finally get it. Because the woman making the food kept making orders that came in after mine and had to be reminded 3 times to make my burger. On top of that, they forgot my sauce. Every time I go to this location, it's the worst experience. Go to the other one on the pike. Avoid this place. Staff is horrible and slow and likes to slack off.

Waited over 30 minutes for our food. We ordered at the drive thru and were told to pull around, park and wait for our food. Every spot filled up. No more places to park and the drive thru was still having them pull around to wait on their food. Customers started to go in for their orders and there were 8 frazzled employees. Over 30 mins later we had our food. This had happened before but never over 1/2 hour. The food isn’t always hot. Watched an employee use his personal drinking cup and dip it into the ice machine to get ice.

My boyfriend, son, my two of three girls and I got sick. So did my baby brother. If you need to lose weight they be good at giving you food poisoning. That's what we all got. We emailed them about it and they shut us down on the conversation.
Went to get breakfast they are out of tortillas for the eggnormous burrito. They said they could give me two smaller burritos, i get them and the 2 smaller burritos are cold. Not the first issue I’ve had here but this place needs help
