Come prepared to wait. This is fast food level food at wait longer than a regular restaurant price. 16 minutes for a single whopper and a frozen pie. 16 minutes. And that doesn’t include the 5 minutes I sat in the drive thru 9 cars back and didn’t move an inch so I decided to walk in. And this is three out of four visits to this location not a freak bad day. Plenty of help. Most young. Witnessed one young man wipe his runny nose three times while fiddling with placing a few items in a bag with most employees simply staring at screens and receipts. They are young and unmotivated to be sure. And as a business owner I feel the pain and sympathize. But this was a Sunday mid afternoon visit. Not rush hour. Never a manager to be seen. No one in charge or keeping things going. Just a bunch of staff punching a clock and taking 16 minutes for a three to four minute process. And of course. No napkins. No condiments. No supplements.
Now the facility is much cleaner than the dumpster fire ecoli factory it replaced. New and clean, nice appearing facility. But the owner clearly doesn’t care any more than the employees do and it shows. Judging from the myriad of complaints this is what to expect as your norm. There’s plenty of better food at places where someone cares in town.

This Burger King needs a better system!! Waited about 35 minutes for a simple whopper and onion rings and others were waiting 20 minutes or so. One guy kept getting on his phone while the others were trying to work. Drive-thru was slammed so went inside and people waiting in there also. They were okay but they had NO system down. Don't know what management was doing but maybe they need to put a better system in place so people aren't waiting FOREVER for their food! The food isn't as good as it used to be either. Needless to say will NEVER do Burger King again!!

Place was pretty unkempt, took a half hour to get a single meal. To be fair the food was decent once I eventually got it.

Paid $14 for a double whopper with cheese and bacon and fry mixed with onion rings for dine in. Fries were all spilled on the tray and the burger literally had a half dollar sized chunk of the crown of lettuce, the end of a pickle with the stem, and the tomato had a white center. The incompetence get all three of the produce on the burger to be that horrible is pretty impressive, I can’t lie. It takes a real silly person to mess up a fast food burger. Won’t be back lol.

Bread was a little greasy but was ok. Onion rings suck. What happened to the old school onion rings. So small with little to no onion.

Earlier this week, my husband and i got breakfast from there, and one of the employees swore at us through the drive through when we ordered something they were out of. Then they kept forgetting parts of our order and the employee kept saying, “oh it’s just one of those mornings.” Excuse me? They were mostly standing around talking, it was not “just one of those mornings.” If you don’t wanna do your job then find somewhere else to work.

Barely even busy and I’m waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru for my order to be done
Service was great. Came in and was greeted immediately. First impressions are always great. Staff had a positive attitude and I actually felt like they were happy to assist me. This is becoming more rare in staff and business. Good job!

I would like to thank the workers I had during lunch service today 7-23-25. I ordered a whopper Jr meal for lunch, I let the employee taking drive through orders know that I am allergic to raw tomatoes and asked him for no tomato on my sandwich. Not only was there no tomato on my sandwich but I was informed that the employee making my burger even changed his gloves to accommodate me. They went above and beyond with their services today. I’ve gone to other places and notified the employees of my allergy and have had tomato still even put on my sandwich and then I couldn’t eat it. So thank you again! I wish I would have gotten your name.

Purchased 3 sausage egg and cheese biscuits were burnt sausage over cooked I gave it to my dog totally disgusting
I ordered big fish sandwich, when I got home, it was fire fish, disgusting!
I was asked to drive to the front of the store and they would bring it out, and they forgot about me. Went to get it, they forgot to put some of the food in the bag. The soda machine was out of syrup, and the staff was rather either uninterested in doing their job, or unable. 🤷🏼

I stopped in to get some lunch at 12:06 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12th and all the doors were locked. Good luck staying in business. Then when i tried calling them no answer or machine. Wow. Won't ever be back.
