Horrible service the second day they reopened. I ask for a ice cream cone and the lady lies in my face saying the machine is broken. How? The store is literally brand new. Your food is only going to be as good as they care and the people working here. Do not care at all.

Update: This location has been completely rebuilt. Take this into account, and I'll give the benefit of the doubt, because my experience today wasn't great. I was greeted in a way that made me feel a though I was wrong for being there. I asked several questions regarding coupons I had, to which nothing was known about entering the coupon, but were adamant on the use (couldn't share with another person). Food modification was entered and noted on the wrapper and was still wrong. If you're in this area, you'd be better served going to the one on Harrisburg Pike 1/4 east of the turnpike entrance. Much better staff.----The staff is generally friendly, but they're weird about giving dipping sauce. Restaurant is usually dirty but I do see them trying to keep it maintained.Parking: The entrance and exit are tight, and can be tricky if cars are parked there.

Ordered in store, waited 16 minutes for our order, ordered a vanilla order shake, it sat under the heat lamp of 10 minutes so they did make me a fresh one, but it was chocolate. The new building looks nice, but maybe they need to train their staff a little better. It wasn’t even busy, it was us and one other family. Ended up taking it to go.

One of the worst things I have seen my order was wrong to start so I go inside to have them fix the burger they messed up as standing there I watched the cook take the burger I just brought in open it take another patty slap on top and make it a double cheeseburger and tried to serve it to another customer I stopped them from serving it and told them what he did the one lady which I think was the manager was trying her hardest and working really hard to not blow up on the other employees that didn’t care what they were doing and had no cares at all and once I got home I found hair in all my food and threw it away I am very disappointed with this place and wanted a refund went back in after calling them asking for one and get told that I can’t get it till tomorrow at 2 as the manager was trying to give me back the money the other girl stopped her SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD

Newly renovated location with clean atmosphere and friendly staff. They forgot our sauce, but other than that, everything was great! Food was fresh and tasty - really loved the fiery buffalo nuggets!

Today we ordered two mocha iced coffees through the drive - thru. We were disappointed in the fact that there was no flavoring at all in our coffees. There was cream in our coffees though, so maybe we were given the wrong order!
Store is demolished at this time. Looks like they are rebuilding. CLOSEDLooks like we will have to see what happens in the future but I've found that the chain restaurant to be lacking good staff for awhile now. Ambience is poor and they are loosing public confidence due to bad attitudes.

I pulled up to the drive-thru and the person stated that they were short staffed and behind so they weren't going to take any orders. I then asked when they are taking orders and he said he did not know. The last time i was there they made me wait 10 minutes for what they assured me would be a "fresh" impossible whopper. After all the wait I got the whopper and it was served on a completely stale bun. So much for fresh. Never going there again.

Food was hot, restaurant was clean and service was fast. Looks like there is a management change going on there and maybe even a new owner because of all the guys wearing ties and talking about plans to improve things there. BK fries still suck but my Whopper was good.
