Was in town for a funeral, waited 30 minutes for our food. The manager got smart when I asked about our food and explained we was on our way to a funeral. I literally had to ask for a bottle water three times. Thank God my town burger king is a lot better. The gentleman behind us asked for his money back after waiting 20 minutes after he ordered. I don't care if you are training new employees, take care of your customers first.

Stop in here after working a long day. Go into the bathroom and there is someone in the stall sitting sideways on the toilet not using it playing on his phone. After waiting for a solid 10 mins, guy gets up just walks right out. No pulling up his pants no grabbing toilet paper, clearly just hanging out in there using the toilet as a seat to play on his phone. I do my business and go over to Burger King Counter and the dude is working in the back of the kitchen. This is why the wait times are always long, and quite frankly it disgusted me so much I just left. Even if he was just sneaking a break in the stall he should have washed his hands. This place is gross I don’t know why I keep giving it chances. This is the last time for me. Enjoy eating fecal matter burgers if you go here.

If i could, it would be 0 stars. I work around the area so i frequent here. 9 times out of 10. My burger is cold and the bread is hard. Many. I mean MANY times i have left missing something from my order. Well over $20 worth by now. Now today. I start giving my order and before i could continue the rude african american lady with the freckles tells me to pull around. I say how i was not done giving my order and she gives attitude and rushes me out of the drive through with my order. I return to my place of work to find i am missing yet another thing from my order. This Burger King really needs to step it up. The employees are horrible. If it was a teenager. I would understand because they are just starting out, but a grown women older than i am is ridiculous. It is NOT rocket science. Its Burger King.

got breakfast doordashed and shared it with my coworker, we have had food poisoning since yesterday morning and it’s almost noon, both of us had to go to urgent care to get something to help with nausea and were in immense pain. 10/10 will never be eating from this location again.

I placed an online order for pickup thru drive-thru. Went to pick it up at 7:07am but nobody was there at all. The place opens at 7am and my order was supposed to be picked up around 7:05am. The gas station worker said nobody showed up and he has no idea why.

No one there smiles, they don't welcome you. Just say what's your order, take your order and asks for your name. Then they call your name and sit your food on the counter. Fries were fresh but they should at least smile and say welcome to bk or something

I went through the drive through at 10:00 pm it took 10 minutes to get my food. Noone else was there. I couldn't eat my onion rings they were hard. Definitely would not recommend this

I was the only person in the drive thru line and had to wait 5 minutes for my order to be taken, only for my order to be incorrect. Very disappointing when it’s already over priced!

This was the 3rd time in a row I have ordered from this location and they forgot food that I purchased . I’m really starting to think they are doing this on purpose . I can’t get ahold of anyone about this .

Showed up here for a quick Impossible Burger. Tried to go inside. Chairs and random furniture were blocking all entry into the dining room and lobby. Tried the drive thru. Waited and waited. Decided not to eat here. Not worth the trouble and wait.

I think maybe one guy was trying to run the whole place, so maybe not his fault. Can't offer any opinions about the food because I couldn't physically get any. Not the best business plan.
