I ordered through uber eats..Carlisle PA store on Harrisburg Pike.. ordered 2 meals whopper and chicken nugget with fries and onion rings.. 2 different times they can not get stuff right they forgot 1 drink.. 2 times in 1 week.. unless you want it right go somewhere else

The ABSOLUTE worst Burger King in the area. Avoid this one at all costs. Apparently no one‘s trained there to take orders. They refuse to take orders without interrupting you and telling you to pull around. If they do take your order, it takes them entirely too long to find the things on the menu to ring you up. If you really want a burger, McDonald’s is less than a half a mile up the road and they have outstanding service. If you must eat at Burger King there’s another one 3 miles away, but do not go to this location.

Burger King or Google map need to fix this. The actual location of the bk is couple miles down the road next to TA truck stop.

I got a number 2 and found a screw in my burger and whenever I called the place to let them know what happened the manager told me “ good luck with that, I don’t believe you” it was a horrible experience and scary because I was eating the burger with my 1 year old and I’m also 7 months pregnant and if I would’ve swallowed the screw or my 1 year old son that would’ve been really bad for our health, Never going back and the burger and fries were cold too and disgusting. My question is how a screw got in my burger? and they didn’t even notice it or they probably did and didn’t care ??♀️
Chicken wrap had half a paddy in it. Next time burger was burnt and cold.
