This was one of the best visits to this network of the restaurants! After exhausting trucking day I was starving and thank goodness I chose to eat here. My husband and I went to this Burger King on.1/8/26 we went in for 6 SpongeBob kid's meals for us and our granddaughters The staff Jordan and Cameron & another employee didn't catch his name were very accommodating. When my husband sang the theme SpongeBob song they indulged us by joining in!! I stopped by the Burger King off Harrisburg Pike this evening (November 12th around 6:48 p.m.) for a mobile pickup, and I was genuinely blown away by the exceptional service I received. I want to give a special shout-out to Jordan, who made the entire experience absolutely perfect.
When I pulled up to the drive-thru, Jordan greeted me warmly and kindly let me know she’d be just a minute as she finished helping another customer. After a very short wait, she came right back, apologized for the brief delay, and confirmed my order with such professionalism and friendliness.
At the window, Jordan greeted me with a big smile, handed me my order, and took the extra step to double-check that everything I needed was in the bag. The whole process was unbelievably smooth, quick, and pleasant. Her attention to detail and customer care were outstanding.
Jordan is truly the reason I’ll be returning to this Burger King. She was phenomenal from start to finish, and her exceptional service turned a simple drive-thru visit into a five-star experience. Highly recommend!
