What a wonderful experience we had with Chef Exclusive! We hired Dan to cater 2 days of meals for our gathering. His communication with me was excellent and the menu was exactly what I wanted. Fresh, delicious, seasonal, well balanced and presented beautifully. There were vegetarian and gluten free option at every meal. He and his staff were so accommodating, kind, professional and patient with us as our meeting always ran late! The food was fabulous, specially the Jamaican j*** chicken wings, pulled pork and salmon. Everyone was raving how tasty the food was and how beautifully it was presented. I would highly recommend hiring Chef Exclusive and his top notch staff for your next gathering or special event. PHENOMENAL experience with Chef Exclusive! I planned a friends wedding and Chef Exclusive catered the entire evening feeding 150 people. The food was absolutely delicious, and many guests sent compliments. The evening's events moved off the timeline a bit, and Chef Exclusive was extremely flexible with making sure the food worked around the evening, rather than our evening working around the food. They were incredibly easy to work with, very prompt in responses when I had many details come up as the wedding grew closer. I would highly recommend their catering for small and large events alike! The final prices were very reasonable and comparable to other caterers in the area. The food was outstanding (so many compliments from my guests) and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
