I live in Carlisle for 6 years and I finally decided to eat here. Well, let me tell you...NEVER AGAIN. The restaurant was empty, almost funeral home like and our waitress didn't even try to fake a smile on her face. The water tested like chlorine and our food had no taste at all. We left more than half on our plates. If you are looking for authentic Asian food stir away from this place.

Ordered the Happy Family and it came out cold. Waitress took I back came out and most was hot but still a good bit of the meat was cold. Did have an off taste also. Will not be coming back.

We came to Chens for lunch on Christmas day. We have gotten takeout from here once and it was good. We were seated immediately and our server was with us quickly. We ordered spring rolls to start - they were good. We had black pepper chicken and mango chicken with brown rice. Everything was pretty good. Our server didn’t miss a beat. Prices are reasonable.
There’s plenty of parking although the borough is doing construction right outside the restaurant so there is orange fencing and equipment but you can get in and out of the lot with no issues. Hopefully that road project will be done quickly.
