Took a friend who had never been there. Service was fast. Road construction is probably hurting their business, so please support.

I frequent Chen’s often. Every one of their sushi rolls that I’ve tried was great (over the years I’ve tried quite a few, mostly from the ā€œChef’s Special Rollā€ section of the menu).

Excellent sushi aside, I’d like to highlight their spicy kani salad appetizer. Chen’s has my favorite kani salad—out of all that I’ve tried. It’s a perfect mix of meat, carrots, cucumbers, and creamy sauce. So craveable! Sometimes I’m tempted to order two, but I haven’t been quite bold enough to actually do that… yet.

Pleasant surprise in Carlisle. Extensive menu with several options. Went there with a large group with diverse needs and everyone was pleased. We got sushi, a bento box, vegetable delight and several other dishes, all very good. Service was excellent.

We love Chen's and always chose Chen's when we want a nice sit-down Asian meal. They've got all the classics plus good sushi, all served in a nice atmosphere.

Chen's has been our go-to place for decent (though not outstanding), and consistent chinese and sushi. (Not Thai, as others have noted.) I regret to report that they have slid downhill in the last few months. WAY downhill. We were served old, dried out rice. (That s simply unforgivable at a Chinese restaurant). The portions are smaller, the eggroll sloppily and indifferently made, no garni (used to be very visually appealing and fun, but no more) not even a fortune cookie. The staff seems worried and unhappy, unlike previous visits. Draw you own conclusions.
