This is my second trip to Chen's and the food is always excellent. We had the mango shrimp dinner and Heaven and Earth dinner. We love the food so much we ordered chicken upon and fried rice to go. My wife and I had a very yummy Valentine's day lunch.

Hands down the worst Chinese food in Carlisle. And the staff is incredibly rude. The General Tso’s is no better than ketchup. To everyone who left a good review you should really try another place. This was my second time giving this place a try and I am very sorry I did.

My sushi was absolutely terrible. It tasted like it was sitting out all day. I had to spit it out immediately. When I called to complain, kindly, he yelled at me. My only option was to bring it back for a refund but I doordashed because my daughter is sick and my car is in the shop. The owner was mean and so unprofessional.

Hands down best Chinese food in Cumberland county if not PA this side of the Susquehanna. Never seen a sad or mad face with a plate of Chen's in front of them.
My favorites are the jumbo shrimp fried rice and crab rangoons.
Service is great but the fried rice was hard or undercooked. Meat was okay.
