This is my second trip to Chen's and the food is always excellent. We had the mango shrimp dinner and Heaven and Earth dinner. We love the food so much we ordered chicken upon and fried rice to go. My wife and I had a very yummy Valentine's day lunch.

Hands down best Chinese food in Cumberland county if not PA this side of the Susquehanna. Never seen a sad or mad face with a plate of Chen's in front of them.

Chen's is without a doubt the best Chinese meal that I have ever enjoyed!\n\nThe hot and sour soup was hot and sour! Best that I have ever had!\n\nThe egg roll was fresh and delicious.\n\nThe Szechuan beef was outstanding!\n\nI live 200 miles from here. I wonder if they would deliver?
