Everytime we come to this location something is wrong w the order. Literally 4 FF in our box. Missing Mac and cheese this time. Staff seems constantly overloaded they pass you the bag and idk what the issue is but this is getting old. Sick of calling nothing gets fixed they only replace it w a free item which does nothing when order iterate constantly missing Everytime and we cannot eat it at the time we order

Seen my fiance got fired from girl and guy and yet they did not told him why they fired him they have favorite people they don't like my fiance somthing fishy about this place they did not hire me there yet they fire My fiance not telling him what he did wrong they pick Favoritosm people that's not cool who try work there don't do it they did not hire ne they fire my fiance over somthing they did not wanna tell him what's going on he was sad when he lost job he loves chick-fil-A they kick me out restaurants long time ago they were been rude I was little tried not cool fired my fiance did not told him what he do wrong plus my fiance is Artistic they were picking on him that's rude

Every time I go to this Chick-fil-a they mess up my order. When I get grilled nuggets they always give me breaded nuggets even though they confirm it with me. When I get a salad they give me the wrong dressing again even thought they confirm it with me. I have to double check my order in the bag before I leave and most of the time it’s wrong. I’d rather go to the Chick-fil-a 20 miles away rather than this one because at least they get my order right
Chick fil a is always good and I never had an issue till today. I ordered a banana pudding milkshake along with my nuggets and when I received my order I had walked outside and to my car and as I’m getting in my car I notice the size of my milkshake. Now I get milkshakes enough to know that the size I received, which was a kids cup size!, was not the normal size of the milkshakes. So I immediately walked back inside the store and said something to the lady that took my order. And my response from her was, “Ma’am I promise our milkshakes have always been the same size.” Now like I said, I get milkshakes enough to know the size I was given was NOT the size of the milkshakes. So not only was I lied to, but I also was ripped off. I paid over $5 for a kids cup size milkshake. I doubt I’ll be going back to this Chick-fil-A anytime soon.

This is my favorite CFA restaurant. The most pleasant, attentive and accommodating staff, excellent service. Last visited on 9/21 while traveling with grandchildren. Remembered an employee named Joann whom we chatted with the year prior. Took photos with her and the grandkids, wonderful woman! Keep up the good work.
