I didn't end up buying a cake from Regine because the plans changed, but I'll update this review once I've tried the goods (and I'm sure it'll stay at 5 stars unless Google adds a 6th star).
For now, I'll say I called late on a Friday and she jumped into action to figure out how to help me with a large cake for the next day. Exemplary customer service and a delight to chat with over the phone. This is exactly why I'll take small business over big business all day, every day. Thanks a million, Regine!

From beginning to end, Regine was wonderful to work with. She made a beautiful cake for my wife's birthday. She used several types of European frostings that we never had before. The cake was moist and decadent. She even delivered it without anyone seeing her to keep it a surprise! I recommend and would order from again.

I ordered an angel food cake from Regine for my wife's 70th birthday. The cake was amazing and just what I ordered. Regine was extremely friendly and very thoughtful of what my wife wanted, she also included a lovely birthday card.

She was able to accommodate three different types of gluten free cupcakes for a birthday party. And all different types were delicious!!!!! People were raving about them. And you could never have been able to tell that they were gluten free!! Chocolate with peanut butter icing, carrot cake with cream cheese icing, and red velvet with cream cheese icing. All amazing and all made from scratch. Thanks again!

I contacted Regina when I was in Europe and needed help getting some cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday. We were not able to be with our daughter due to travel and she is in a pre-professional ballet program in Pennsylvania. Regina got back to me right away and created the most beautiful cupcakes. She sent me a picture and an invoice and she delivered them to the home where my daughter is staying. She made the whole process so easy and I am so grateful for her help and her talent in baking beautiful delicious baked goods. She even included a card and a messages that my husband and I had wrote for our daughter. She also included her own card and wished my daughter a wonderful birthday. She went above and beyond in customer service. Again, being in Europe and the time difference, I thought this was going to be a challenging feat. In actuality, it couldn’t have been easier because of Regina‘s attentiveness to my order and the delicate situation of missing our daughter’s birthday. Thank you so much, Regina. We are so grateful we found you. One last thing, I was not able to taste the cupcakes, but my daughter said they were absolutely delicious!
