So they were amazing and awesome pizza fully done, fresh ingredients, pizza and cheesy bread was 🔥, well lately we been having NOTHING but issues... It started off us ordering cheesy bread, it had no cheese on it, the manager made it right, well next order our pizza was so burnt you couldn't chew it!!? The delivery guy thought it was his fault but it wasn't at all!! Well this time last straw we ordered cinnamon twist and a Philly steak and onions, well the pizza dough was raw and it caused me and my family major issues, we ended up in the ER, I don't understand what is going on with the shop but it will be our last time ordering

Overall this location makes their crust good compared to other locations, but a family member's order I made for them did not include marinara dipping sauces for the cheesy bread a second time. I contacted the store for the manager to request picking up the extra dipping cups I paid for, and was polite and respectful. I will hopefully be able to pick them up next visit, because with so much bread, dipping sauces are preferable to us.
After a nasty experience with a delivery driver, (had a dominos sign on the vehicle) at 6:45 pm Friday 12/6, I called the store. The reckless, dangerous driving came very close to causing a three car accident, me being one of them. It took two calls to get the "manager" on duty on the phone. The girl, (manager on duty), reprimanded me for complaining about her "74 year old driver", then hung up on me. I called back, said I don't care how old he is, that driving needs to be addressed. She said, "If you call here again, I'll......" then hung up. Someone should send her to public relations school. And talk to that driver. Meanwhile, I'll make sure to let everyone I know about how she feels towards the public and safely.

Your delivery guy is completely unprofessional tried mentioning about not getting a tip when he had no clue what type of tip I was giving and wasn’t given a chance to actually do that before he started to get smart with my teenage daughter truly unbelievable pretty sure his name is Richard I will never order from here again

Piss poor customer service, they don’t answer the phones at all during business hours. Called multiple times to check order status that was place well over an hour prior and nothing no answer no food that was paid for!

We ordered pizza at our work and the driver called 3 times to ask for a tip then asked again when he got here and delivered the pizza! We tip all the time but if you’re being rude and asking over and over for a tip you will not get a tip!
