Ever since this location opened I have enjoyed coming there because of how convenient it is for me. The workers are always very kind and i enjoy the atmosphere and how friendly they are to each other. They always greet me and it makes me feel very important. I would recommend

i usually never write reviews but the workers on the night shift on 12/29 absolutely made my day, i was feeling really down but they made me feel so much joy. the one hispanic male and the white male really went above and beyond with there service. and the establishment was spotless.

Poor customer service and unsanitary. No greeting, bad service, dirty, inedible food and drinks. I’m top of all that they are making food and drinks with their hair down, no hair tie, no hat or hair net! Very slow even thought they were not busy at all and 3+ people working there.

They don’t have hand holder for hot coffee so we have to invent our own the server is a women who made the wrong order but then fixed it they are young so we have to work with that.
They made 2 of my drinks wrong, I placed the order correctly, it’s on my receipt correctly but they made it wrong, I thought okay no problem I wasn’t in a rush and they shouldn’t have a problem remaking something especially when they made it wrong. Nope wrong, lady had an attitude with me when I asked for the drinks THAT THEY MADE WRONG to be remade. Rolled her eyes at me as if I’m in the wrong here?! Makes no sense. Lady reluctantly remade the two drinks and slammed my drinks down on the counter. Didn’t let me know it was my drink, just slammed it down and walked away. I did not deserve to be treated this way, it wasn’t busy by the way if anyone reads this and thinks well maybe they were stressed and busy well they weren’t and that also doesn’t mean that lady can treat people this way. This is the worst treatment I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. Even after the drinks were remade she didn’t give a crap so she made the drinks poorly. I’m blown away by how rude that lady was like seriously, I won’t be back.
