They do not listen to you when you order, I paid extra for everything and was given none of what I paid for and was given a hard time because I wanted it made properly. Poor customer service. Poor Coffee. Do not recommend

Been coming to the store for years. Gone downhill. I always tip as well but today when we went we had a large order. The staff was rude. The owner who barely speaks English kept deleting food items off the order and kept talking over me so I couldn't explain everything I needed. She kept messing the order up. She got so frustrated she gave up and told me to pull up and then they started laughing loudly in the speaker I could hear them. My order wasn't right. I left. They lost a $50 order. I will now drive to the Harrisburg Pike or another location. I will not give them my money. Horrible customer service.
