I asked for a Breve and explained it was heated half n half with 1/2 coffee. What I got was a sweetened drink. I detest sweet coffee. I was very disappointed and will probably not return when such simple guidance is ignored! I tried calling the shop once I tasted it, it no one would answer.

Not very clean. Employees seemed to have no clue what their role was supposed to be, which appeared to make their work area very chaotic, leading to a long line of customers inside who were stuck waiting over 10 mins for a simple coffee drink(myself and others included). What a fiasco.

I wish that when you tell the workers to put light ice in your drink to actually put light ice. She literally goes “light ice?” And I go yeah and doesn’t even put it down on the label.
Been coming to the store for years. Gone downhill. I always tip as well but today when we went we had a large order. The staff was rude. The owner who barely speaks English kept deleting food items off the order and kept talking over me so I couldn't explain everything I needed. She kept messing the order up. She got so frustrated she gave up and told me to pull up and then they started laughing loudly in the speaker I could hear them. My order wasn't right. I left. They lost a $50 order. I will now drive to the Harrisburg Pike or another location. I will not give them my money. Horrible customer service.

I LOVE this Dunkin!!!❤️ I just had a PHENOMENAL frappe with my FIRST EVER shot of espresso! Life changin! And the AVOCADO TOAST is better than what I even I could make so I am super appreciative I love you all at Dunkin and so does Jesus!!!!💘😍
