This is literally the worst Dunkin donuts ever!!! I am at a Dunkin donuts at least twice a day (not exaggerating). The girls behind the counter are disrespectful and rude!!!! I will drive the 8 miles out of my way to go to Allen Rd and deal with limited hours to avoid having to deal with bad attitude, poor service, and mediocre coffee!!!! Do better!!!

Ordered avocado toast from this location and found a giant piece of sharp plastic in a bite of it. Fortunately I realized something that shouldn’t be there was in my mouth before I swallowed it I’m sure there would have been consequences had I swallowed it. I went back in to the location and asked to speak to a manager but he was busy the young lady I spoke to just acted as if it was nothing and just moved on. If there’s one piece there is more than likely more and they should out of diligence and safety disposed of that batch but I highly doubt they skipped a beat. Will not ever shop here again

I wish I could say it is a bit Pricey... but I think I am showing my age (born in the 90s).
It is a Dunkin Donuts... don't expect imported pastries. expect a decent sugary coffee or watered down coffee. Donuts are either the perfect temp (Warm) or Fridge chilled.

They messed my order up. I asked for liquid sugar and they added sugar cubes. I had sugar grains in my iced coffee.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to.... My advice....just drive the extra 8 miles to Allen Road like I do everyday ? I had a bad experience a year ago and stayed away. Came in Saturday and again had a terrible experience....do better Dunkin Donuts ?

Maybe a thank you? Hard to understand and they get mad when you ask to repeat. “Pull up” is usually all ya get. C’mon. Work on the customer service, it’s so easy to do.
It's so very nice when you become a regular-enough customer that the store team recognizes you and makes you feel just a little more welcomed and a little more heard. But first and foremost it is all about the coffee, and the coffee is bold but never bitter.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out for my wheels and a bathroom that also allows wheelchair access.

I went through the drive through and when I ordered the guy was very very nice, he repeated everything back to me. I moved up to the window he wiped everything off before handing my coffe out the window and gave napkins and he didn’t rush me! He was very kind and I think he was the manger :)

Every time I go there I get a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with LEMONADE and every time I pull to the window I see that they don’t add the lemonade and when you try to call their phone is disconnected. Absolutely will not be going back.
