I love coming here for my coffee but lately it’s been a roller coaster. It’s very hard to understand the lady I’m not sure what she’s saying so it’s takes awhile to even place my order and other times the lady would tell me they are out of something but you can hear the crew tell the lady they do have it however the lady will still say they don’t have it and by the time I get to the window the young lady at window will tell me we made your coffee the first way you wanted it. I think there needs to be more organization in there or at least have someone that can understand use so I won’t have to change my whole order only to get what I asked for it’s stressful especially when you go in the morning before work

Placed a mobile order. Go in to get it n it's not ready so I sit down. 1p minutes goes by n I go to the counter explain im waiting on my mobile order, the woman looks at my ticket sitting right in front of her on the counter n says ok. I sit back down. Another 10 mins goes by and no drink has been made. I go back up n ask another girl. I tell her the other woman had my ticket right there on the counter, she turns to the woman n asks her n she pulls it out of the trash can. The young girl made my drink right away but I was livid. How tf do u throw away my ticket knowing I'm here, waiting on my drink?! Had me HEATED! I ask her this and she just looked at me like she was dumb, no answer. The drink was trash n 20 mins in a store on a mobile order that should've been ready when I got there. No apology no refund nothing! Appalled!

When you wak to work 2am and wait for Dunkin to open, but the experience is horrible, it turns the day bad. I ordered my usual iced caramel coffee and donuts. Well, this is a very horrible day. No whip cream is NO WHIP CREAM. Guy looked at me weird, than took my drink to a sink, dumped the whip off, pumped stuff into my drink to fill the cup. My coffee literally taste like cleaner!!!!! Donut stale!!! Very upset!!!!!!!!

I ordered a med hot coffee with 3 creams and a toasted coconut donut. He put coconut cream in my coffee. When I went back to nicely explain that is not what I ordered, he acted all confused and would not just remake my coffee. HORRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER GOING THERE

Went to the drive thru last weekend and could not get over how fast it went! Got breakfast sandwiches and donuts, which were very well prepared and fresh. They definitely know what they are doing in there to get orders out and FAST!!!

Hashbrowns were undercooked, and I asked for an assorted dozen chocolate donuts and they mixed in all kinds. Also half peppermint mocha flavor (because they make it way too sweet) and they didn't do that either, haha. It's expensive to not get what you order.
Coffee is amazing, and the girl at the drive through in the morning needs a raise because she is the sweetest .

We stopped in on Thanksgiving Day! The other local one was closed. Great service, quick, clean, nice and spacious, and they put up lights for the holidays. The bad reviews were not accurate, don't let them deter you from stopping by!

This is the weirdest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The coworkers are all in sweat clothes/lounge clothes. Personal drinks in their empty donut shelf. Phones out. Not a single clean counter space and the kitchen you could see was just destroyed back there. Sandwiches prepared on bare counter, not on the paper, with bare hands. Cleaning supplies littered all over the place but not being used. Staff in general just all seemed confused and silent. This is the twilight zone of Dunkin’ Donuts.Edited to add that there was a toilet brush left in the center of one of the bathrooms. Toilet paper not put in the holder, and tiles coming off the wall. Just bizarre
