Being from Boston and living for 10 years about 2 blocks from thw original Dunkin Donuts.
This Dunkins was very clean, efficient and the employees were very nice.

Placed an online order was charged for the item get to the store guy tells me they’re sold out. Ask for a refund guy tells me “Buddy I don’t know you place order go online get refund buddy” nowhere on the app or online is there an option for a refund but ok. Guess I’ll be calling my bank to do a merchant chargeback. 👍
I have used the mobile app to order here at least six times and every time they failed to have my order ready when I arrive. When they do complete the order, it is usually incorrect and with a bad attitude. The store stays messy, even though they have a very low volume of customers. Do yourself a favor and go to the location in Carlisle or Mechanicsburg.

If you like iced lattes don’t come here. I’m pretty sure they don’t add the espresso shot that is suppose to be in the drink. This is the 2nd time I order an iced latte and the drink is completely white and no taste of any cofffee.

We walked in, and there was no toilet paper in the dirty bathroom (blood and unidentified foreign grossness in the sink, garbage can in the middle of the floor). I then watched the only employee working pick his nose. We walked right out. I'd been looking forward to Dunkin' for 8 hours of our drive. Will attempt at another location....
One of the slowest locations I've ever been to. One would think considering how fast the person on the intercom speaks, the order would be a lot faster. I dozed off waiting on my order (a large cappuccino) and actually needed coffee by the time the order was complete. Even swiping my debit card took long. I was the only person in the drive thru and didn't see anyone inside the restaurant. Maybe staffing is low since one cappuccino has never taken that long.

they charged me for something i didn’t even get then i realized the price went from one amount to a higher amount and when i asked for the receipt because he didn’t give it to me at first he threw it at me and shut the window

The person who took my order was very rude and was yelling at me because there was someone behind me and I repeated something that he hadn’t put on the screen. They also made one of our two items wrong, and he proceeded to argue with me more when I got to the window. Don’t bother coming here.

Terrible experience.
The owner was extremely rude. I was being very clear with my order and he couldn’t get it right. Then when I asked him to repeat it, he told me to shut up.
Then the quality was terrible. The donut was not right. It didn’t even look like a Dunkin’ Donuts donut. It was small and super dry. The hashbrowns had a burnt taste.

For truckers check your order test it and smell it before you go they are Cheater this second time I got bad food
