The person who took my order was very rude and was yelling at me because there was someone behind me and I repeated something that he hadn’t put on the screen. They also made one of our two items wrong, and he proceeded to argue with me more when I got to the window. Don’t bother coming here.

Terrible experience.
The owner was extremely rude. I was being very clear with my order and he couldn’t get it right. Then when I asked him to repeat it, he told me to shut up.
Then the quality was terrible. The donut was not right. It didn’t even look like a Dunkin’ Donuts donut. It was small and super dry. The hashbrowns had a burnt taste.

I stopped by this location on my travels to New England. We stopped in the store and we ordered three or four things. We ordered 10 munchkins and we're only given nine. When I asked for the 10th one she seemed in disbelief. Ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso that I order every time I go to Dunkin' Donuts. I asked for light ice as normal. However, what I got was a full cup of ice and when I stated I asked for light ice, they told me no that it was a measured drink. And I said well the other stores do it and they just fill it with more oat milk. I was told no that's how it comes. I don't believe the customer is always right, but I do know that in the other stores, they are happy to put light ice in my cup. I feel like with customer service like this they won't be in business long.

It was very quiet, the guy who served us was the only one working at the time but he was really nice and great service!! Bathroom was.. Interesting considering the random sinkhole in the ceiling but that didn't bother me. We didn't wait too long but the guy who served us gave me four extra munchkins and two glazed donuts!! Not sure if he just wanted to give away donuts so a majority doesn't get thrown out at the end of the day,(we were the only ones there at the time) or that I'm just a 49ers fan lol. Bless his heart though!! Hard worker for being the only one working today!!
I only gave them one star because I can't give them a zero the decaf coffee sucks how you going to hit the Brew button on a 4-Hour old bean that's already been brewed once or twice and tell me it's a fresh pot I want my $3 back the service was shity when I questioned him about it

Our service and food was great however the sweet tea was rotton. I’ve worked in a store that sells fresh brewed sweet tea and fresh tea only has a 6 hour shelf life unrefrigerated - I’m guessing we got tea from yesterday, it was very foul tasting. I tried to call rather than make a post but the listed number doesn’t work.
