I ordered the seafood pasta for pickup, spending $30 expecting a quality meal. When I arrived, the host directed me to the bar, where I stood for five minutes with no acknowledgment. I eventually had to flag someone down to ask about my order. The bartender was incredibly rude and dismissive. Despite receiving a text that my order was ready, I waited an additional ten minutes before finally getting the food. When I got home, I was shocked to find that the dish was essentially just pasta, no crab meat, no scallops, no lobster, and only two shrimp. I basically paid $30 for a bowl of noodles. I called to speak with a manager, only to have the host tell me, ā€œI’m just the host, I don’t know what you want me to do,ā€ and offered to take my number because ā€œthey're all busy.ā€ Unacceptable. Between the poor service and the lackluster food, I will not be returning and will not recommending this place to anyone.

I attempted to visit multiple times before submitting my review. Over the years, the quality has noticeably declined. While it was never my favorite spot, it has recently moved further down my list. During my last visit, I ordered a chicken wrap, which was served in lettuce cups. The chicken was undercooked and appeared to be pre-packaged, cooked meat. A similar issue occurred with the Nashville chicken I ordered previously. Overall, the dishes tend to lack vibrant presentation and flavor. At this point, I do not plan to return.

Here for Easter dinner, 2025. Ordered the Lobster Roll and side of fries for $27.00. In my estimation there was barely on ounce of the Lobster Salad on the roll. Not a good value at all.

Others in our group ordered the Prime Rib, Chicken Chesapeake and the Gyro. All were tasty and a good value, just not the Lobster Roll.

We had a small school friends reunion, party of 13, there recently. The staff was super friendly and welcoming! The server was amazing and the food was great! Since that’s somewhat of a midway point for most of us, we are looking forward to the next time in warmer weather!

We had a delicious meal and send our compliments to the chef/kitchen staff but…it took 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table and when our waiter eventually showed up, after someone else took our drink order, instead of apologizing he blamed it on not being told we were there. Not our problem! Food was delivered somewhat haphazardly (dinner rolls showed up at the end of the meal, soups did not come out together) and one side order was wrong. One of us waited 20 minutes for a beer another waited at least that long for a water refill that was promised twice. We were not asked about dessert before we got our checks. The worst thing was being seated in the back room near a very large party celebrating a birthday when we wanted to have quiet conversation…totally ruined any ambiance.

My family and I have been coming here for many years. It used to be our favorite spot but there has been a slow decline in the quality and service. The menu has become stale with no real imagination, just the same stuff year after year. I understand the consistency but where are the new trending items? However, my real issue and why I am giving 1 star is the service at this restaurant. The lack of Customer Service is this restaurant blows my mind. It truly feels as though no one here was trained or shown how to treat the people that are spending their money in this establishment. I beg you to spend a week training your staff and/or get new leadership in the restaurant or this place will not be around much longer.

I ORDERED FROM GRUB HUB DUE TO MY JOB BEING BUSY AND WASNT ABLE TO LEAVE WHEN RECEIVING THE FOOD WE WERE MISSING A SIDE SALAD THE DRESSING FOR THE MAIN SALAD AND ALSO THE COLE SLAW AND THE SOUP SO PRETTY MUCH HALF OUR ORDER WASNT TO BE FOUND AND FOR 110 DOLLARS I EXPECTED A LIL MORE CARE AS THEY ARE NEVER REALLY BUSY INSIDE I CALLED TO ASK WHAT HAPPENED AND I UNDERSTAND IT WAS THE KITCHENS FAULT AND NOT THE PERSON WHO GRABBED THE BAG BUT ALL I GOT WAS A Simple WERE SORRY AND YOU CAN COME GET IT SO I PAID 110 DOLLARS TO STILL HAVE TO GO GET HALF MY ORDER I GET THERE THEY HAVE IT READY HOWEVER NOT ONCE WAS I OFFERED A GIFT CARD OF SOMESORT OF PARTIAL REFUND FOR THE inconvenience or anything for that matter even the apology lacked real care i get it its just a job to people however for your prices you should be alil more attentive to the fine details i will say i have had great experiences here but like i said seemed like the kitchen dosnt really give a rats behind and the lady's up front was also a bit rude and stand off ish however the bartender is super friendly and haven't ever had a issue with him he seems to be the only one happy to be there the two upfront slouching over the hostess desk is a bit unwelcoming so my recommendation is to dine in or pick up i will not be using any type of delivery service again. i will give this place another shot however probably in person to get the full experience
