For a “Loaded Potato Soup” it was just just liquid. I’m extremely disappointed. Waste of money!

I've never eaten at firehouse subs. I will definitely come again 😉 service was very helpful in recommending food items and can I mention the bread , that was outstanding 😋

Workers are incapable of reading orders and then using their hands to make it in front of them. Always missing items. Can’t even get the size of the sub right. Will not be wasting my time or money at this establishment anymore, which is unfortunate because they stand for a good cause.

Y'alls food taste bland and you have the audacity to charge the prices you do?!!!!! Y'alls service sucks too. If this is what it takes to support first responders count me out. I'm all for helping the community but not at the cost of getting trash food wit trash service. Fix you stuff firehouse

We had high hopes because we love firehouse subs and we don't have one where we live. While waiting in line we noticed the 2 employees making the subs had long hair hanging with no hats or hair nets. When they would go to lean over their hair would hang down in front of their face over the food. We tried to look past it until the male employee making the subs coughed into his arm over the sub he was making. He didn't even try to turn the opposite way and he never changed his gloves or washed his hands. We decided to leave because we figured if he's doing this now there's no telling what else he's doing that we don't see. It was truly a let down because again we were excited we finally found a firehouse subs.

Decent

Sub was very cold.... Though they remade it .... The second was loaded in mayo that the sub was soggy and even had a sour punch to it...... It was freezing cold in there - could just me.......
But the tudes from 2 of the employees made it enough for me not to return.....
